accused my daughter of stealing after I sent her with the receipt to get our cups after failing to give us our cups and failing to check the receipt then proceeded to talk trash behind the counter and also followed us outside while we were trying to leave and harassed us

Lobby was locked most of the day due to staffing at this location and it didn't seem like people knew how to handle a rush. I saw a sign that said hiring for 10.00 an hour when ohios wage is higher. Shows management isn't focused or they just dont care. And the fries where blegh

I pulled into line with a 5x8 trailer. I was told at the speaker to "either get out of line or park and walk in and order because we don't serve people pulling trailers". Very rude. I own a small business and never speak to my customers in that manner. It is a good thing that you have a Franchise because that wouldn't cut it with a small business. There was nowhere to park and people were pulled ahead and waiting for their food since you can't get the orders out in the required amount of time that corporate specifies. Over 30 years, I have spent thousands with your Ripley, West Union, and Peebles locations. I will take my trailer and go somewhere else from now on!!

Terrible set up with only one way in and out. When people pull in to the drive thru, it blocks everybody else's ability to park and go in. Terrible. So we left.

Walked in to order (cheeseburger meal and a mcdouble with fries)- only guest inside at the time, the kitchen was constantly asking what goes with what, two additional people walk in 5 minutes after we did to place orders and a door dash, waited 32 minutes - everyone after us received food first. LUDICROUS wait times, terrible service, with very luke warm food

They always give iced coffee ! I come to the area to camp 3nto 4 times a year and I keep forgetting you have to say HOT coffee at this location only ! I hate iced coffee.

This McDonalds service is the worse in the area. You have to park and wait for 20 mins to get your order then its cold. Plus they give you a McFlurry and it is milk by the time you get the rest of your order. The excuse is under staffing???. Then Management needs replaced at Peebles McDonalds.
Says drive thru open till midnight pulled in at 1130 with hungry kids and already closed they should update there hrs of operation

Due to dietary restrictions, I wasn’t able to eat here. Unlike a lot of other McDonalds, they wouldn’t sell me any beef patties. Instead they wanted to sell me two quarter pounders minus everything except the beef- the amount came to over $20! No thanks

We was traveling and wanted to stop and get the kiddos something quick to eat so we decided to stop here and go through the drive through. They pulled us ahead to wait on our food. Forgot us completely didn't even apologize or anything at all, we litterly sat and waited for our food for over 45 minutes. Worst experience ever.. once we did get the food it was so cold
