With A big family, Noone ever agrees on where we should eat. The younger kids are always pulling for McD's. The rewards help with our budget and everyone's happy! We Love our McD's and the staff that works there!

Super slow!!!! old lady working at the counter i told her to make a caramel frat because they didn't put it with my order.And she came back with a mocha instead of a caramel ad got attitude with me over it 🙄 after 20m i got my caramel frat

Because I was pulling a small trailer behind my truck, I was chased away from the drive through by come crazy purple haired woman and a young man. Very rude. You lost me as a customer. Also, wont be supporting your other location down the road.

Breakfast sandwich has not changed still terrible, one piece of half cooked bacon, bagel hardly toasted and was stale, it is what it is bad.

Great experience. Service was prompt, the staff was friendly, the food was well cooked and cared for, my order was correct. I went through the drive thru, they were busy, and yet the efficiency was top notch. 10 out of 10. If I lived around there, I would go back for sure.

Oh wow. Absolutely the worst experience I've not only had at a McDonald's, but a restaurant ever. Lobby was empty when we walked in and waited 10 minutes before we decided to order on the kiosk. Proceeded to wait 30 more minutes on our food, meanwhile people came in, got their food and left. When we did get our food, it was wrong. Didn't get our drink cups. But the time we got to eat, half the food was cold because we were still waiting on the correct orders. Other customers were waiting up front with us and we could all see our food in bags just sitting there for a long time, and at one point they took the Big Mac out of our bag, handed it out through the drive through, and then we had to wait more. Absolutely terrible.

1st time ever eating at this McDonald's and it was good.
All the condiments was out and they have a public drink fountain
No need to have to stand at the counter and beg for everything like other McDonald's

We ordered through the app for inside pickup . When he got there they told him it said we still owed money which is a lie as I had proof it was paid for on the app. He showed her the screen shots of both the receipt, order confirmation and bank statement showing it had been paid foŕ .she then told him that there was nothing she could do because the order never showed up on their side that I could cancel it through the app which when I tried it told me I could not because the order was already being prepared.( not sure how it didn't show up when first she said we still owed) She then said there was nothing she could do as it was their policy and that the app should refund me in 24 hrs . So after already paying for food we never received it and wasted 30 mins for them to say there wasn't anything they could do. I'm adding pictures to show the receipts.

Service was slow. WAY too much sauce put on the Big Mac (so much that I had to request a fork to eat it...it was soggy with sauce!).
