Wouldn’t let me pull my little 5x8 trailer through the drive thru which I have done many times before kinda upset me because I had to find a place to park and then go in they were pretty rude..

I only ordered an Iced Coffee. Seemed to be confusion because I didn't want a flavor. Just wanted a regular sweetened Iced Coffee. Wanted to add an espresso shot, but of course wasn't available. McDonald's has really degraded in quality and service. They should spend less time doing hideous remodels and devote more time to training and having working equipment.
