I went in and was greeted by a kind Filipino man. He was a bit slow with my order but it was busy. My sub was nicely packed and building seemed clean. overall would visit again!

First time here it was a feminine guy He said it would be a 20 or 30 minute wait and it was only one person in front of us he was rude and disrespectful how he said it that is not how you do customer service or handle a customer especially they first time there

There was someone in front of me . He rang them out and then was gonna use the same gloves to make my food. Then I asked him if he was gonna change his gloves. He got kind of nasty.

I don’t usually leave reviews for chain restaurants, but I felt it was worth sharing this experience for the sake of Pemberville’s already limited dining options. For context: I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich, and my wife had the meal-of-the-day, a Tuna sandwich.

Service & Staff
The staff seemed fairly new and a bit unsure of the process. While that’s understandable, it might have helped if there was someone available to guide them and keep things moving smoothly. Service was a little slower than expected, and small details—like having condiments prepped and ready—were missing, which added to the delay.

Food & Preparation
Only three bread options were available (including flatbread), and my sandwich cooled off by the time it was fully assembled after toasting. The sweet onion sauce ran low during my order and had to be refilled, which took some extra time. The flatbread was tricky to handle, which made it difficult for the employee to fold and cut neatly. Wrapping the sandwiches also seemed to be a challenge, and they weren’t placed in a bag, which made them hard to carry out. Unfortunately, this gave a few flies the opportunity to land on my food while I was waiting.

Quality
When we got home, my wife noticed her tuna sandwich didn’t have mayonnaise mixed in, leaving it dry and less flavorful than usual.

Overall
While the staff was polite, the overall experience could have been better with more training, attention to detail, and basic prep work ahead of time. I think with some improvements, this Subway could provide the quick and reliable experience people expect from the brand.

Worse experience I was thinking since is a small town will be good to stop bye . Customer service is garbage I say hello no reply attitude all the way to the end I say have a good day nothing . Funny thing I was picking the veggies went it comes to the dressing I say southwest . He make a smart comment saying not hot sauce or jalapeno. I was like am not Mexican . I don’t eat hot stuff

Waited at the drive through order menu for 5 minutes, nothing. no greeting or anything. Pulled up to the window, waited for 10 minutes. nothing. knocked on the window, waited an additional 15 minutes before Ethan finally came to the window. I can understand if it’s going to be a minute, but hearing ANYTHING from the people in there would be nice. Once I was able to finally order they were out of cold cuts and tomato’s according to him. Overall not impressed as I am a frequent customer here.

I got my normal order for the past 10+ years. It tasted so off today. The ranch is yellow and does not taste like ranch. I am not sure if it rancid or what but it tastes nothing like my normal go-to. I added a pic to show how discolored the ranch is. The service was great otherwise! I don’t blame the staff, definitely a corporate issue.

it’s a shiity place i ordered a sub wit chicken, pepper jack cheese, bacon, and wit some lettuce and tomato. What i got back was a sub wit just chicken and lettuce. Also when you order your sub toasted they still give it to you cold. THIS IS NOT OKAYY!!

Went to drive thru got new turkey sub not very much turkey, got pizza sub too no cheese on sub no pizza sauce on sub got cookies too ordered 6 got only 5 but was charged for 6.
