The restaurant is decorated so nice for Christmas! Server was very nice & attentive. Ribs were tender & had a nice bark on them. Nice sized pickles they fry up. Mozzarella sticks had a nice cheese pull & sweet sauce. Burgers were good. Negative was the fries weren't freshly done. Also, sent prime rib back because it was VERY salty. They sent out another 1 that wasn't as salty, but my mom said it still wasn't that good. She ended up having some of my ribs. So do not recommend prime rib.

I've gone to Fisher's off and on since the late '80s. It's had its ups and downs over the years. My recent visit was fantastic. The place looks really nice (it's been renovated), the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good. The menu had a nice selection. One of our party has food allergies and the server took it seriously and made sure she understood what he wanted. The prices were also good.
There were three of us and we ordered breakfast. The food came out quickly. The service was good, but the food was not hot. I will not be back you go to a restaurant for hot food not room temperature.

Hadn't been there in many years. Had wings, drinks and dessert. It was all great and I managed to convince my wife we will be back to CVNP together so we can eat at Fishers.
I ordered a freshly grilled salmon. It was dried out and appeared to be reheated. My potato 🥔 wasn’t fresh either. I waited several minutes for my waitress to return and finally had to flag another server down. I then ordered a brisket sandwich which was very light on the brisket. Not what I expected at all for the $15.00 price tag. My daughter ordered a cup of clam chowder. There must of been a half a cup of potatoes in it! She kept scooping them out because there were too many. Then when we got our bill her cup of soup was listed as entree and was $6.95. First time for that. It has real good reviews that’s why we chose it. It was a big NO for us.
I live in Peninsula, Ohio, and during the spring, summer, and fall months, my friends come over and I'll take them to Fisher's Restaurant. When we got the bill, the prices were higher than on the menu: Salad by $1.00, salmon by $1.99. Happy Hour is daily from 4-9 pm with special drinks on special. I ordered a drink twice that was on the Happy Hour list for $7.00. I was charged $11.00 twice and this was during the Happy Hour time. I live within walking distance, and I looked at my bill when I got home. I went back and asked to talk to a manager, who told me I needed to talk to the waitress who took care of our service, Jodi E. She was arguing with me that the Garden Salad is $9.99, but the menu states $ 8.99, and that the Salmon is $9.99, but on the menu it states $9.00. She claimed that the $11.00 was correct and kept showing her where it is on the menu and online, $7.00. Also, I usually pay cash, but I decided to pay credit card. Jodi should be telling customers there is a $3.00 service charge. My friend's bill was also added with $5,00 extra. Jodi told me she could not help me, and reimburse the amount because the prices came up on the computer with that amount. I guess this is how Fisher's wants to screw your loyal customers and think that we will not say anything. I will never go back with any friends ever again. At least Winking Lizard is honest, and prices are what show on the menu. Jodi needs to get rid of her attitude; she was not even a good waitress, short and abrupt. Was a loyal customer, Melinda J Sotet
Fun, eclectic place for the weekend. Summertime fun. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Fishers is a great option to eat at if you're visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
There was an issue with our order not being sent to the kitchen, and the manager promptly addressed it and provided us a discount.
They were very busy when we visited Memorial Day weekend, but the service was super friendly, and it was a good atmosphere. The menu offers a lot of variety and I highly recommend the chili.
Nice restaurant... but waitress, cooker service is terrible. We waited almost hour for food ready. They ignored us when they served other people food after my table taken. Different waitress said busy other not. We ate free applizer and sodas and left but I took home my order with no charges. Don't go when Holidays or many people gp.

Great food and fast at getting it with crispy fries it's not often that you get those
Food came quick, and the fries were crispy.
Friendly servers, nice atmosphere. Stopped after our bike ride on Towpath. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Very tasty and done just right!
Great food, service, and prices were great for what you got! There was minimal wait time. There was an older man who brought a dog to the very empty outside patio, but he got kicked out. So that was the only downside.
Worst service ever the food was not good and was there when an customer or employee was yelling for us not to eat there I will never return.
