It's a Winking Lizard. The original, I believe. Nice spot next to the Cuyahoga Valley Railroad tracks.
Parking: Give yourself an extra 15 minutes to figure out parking. The parking lot was completely full on a Thursday night, so I can't imagine the weekend. And the lot itself looked like an afterthought. There was a church with paid parking nearby, and street parking that used a website for payments.
