The pad see ew was awful. Maybe 20% noodles and 80% chicken and the chicken is not even good. The noodles were overcooked. I want my money back

Disappointing. Not Reliable
Had a big family pre Thanksgiving meal planned for my family. Everyone had put in their orders in advance and when I called to order there was just an answering machine message saying they were busy and to keep trying to call back. How is that reasonable for people trying to eat a meal? They should close their doors if they can’t feed people reliably. That is their duty when they build trust from their regular customers. We no longer trust this restaurant to feed us.

I came here with my mom and literally everything we got on the menu was divine. Chicken wings are crispy and tender, seafood was on point
And if you're getting dessert you need to try the mango mousse cake! Yum!

I’m deeply disappointed to say that I will not be returning to this restaurant. For years, I proudly supported this establishment.. often visiting weekly or monthly, sometimes with two to six friends. We never had a bad meal. At times the service was a little slow, but never rude or dismissive, and gratuity was never automatically added. We always tipped respectfully.. 20% or more.
Having grown up in the hospitality industry, I understand the challenges of restaurant service. I had often noticed that the staff rarely recognized regulars or offered a warm personal interaction, but I never took that as a negative. I loved the food and always looked forward to returning.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit changed everything. I brought three of my staff members, who are not of Caucasian descent, and from the moment we sat down, the experience was noticeably different. We were ignored for nearly 15 minutes..after the host sat us. no offer of drinks other than the water that sits on the table by default. When one of my staff asked a question about the menu, the response was condescending, as if the question were unwelcome. Basically if we didn’t ask (such as drink) we weren’t offered.
When it came time to pay, the server’s tone was curt. Asking how and who was paying. After taking my card, they disappeared for about 20 minutes..the restaurant was not busy. When the check was finally returned, it was TOSSED onto the table between TWO OF MY MALE staff, without a word..no thank you, no acknowledgment and no warning of the added 20% tip.
When I looked over the bill, I noticed a 20% gratuity had been added automatically. Which is a good tip when average is 18%. This has never happened before, even with larger parties. When I politely asked about it at the front, I was spoken down to and told, “It’s stated in the menu and we can add gratuity to any party we want: one, two, three, however many.” I explained that I had several past receipts on me without added gratuity for even larger groups.
At that point, I said, “So because I’m not with my white friends, you chose to be rude, give the bare minimum of service, and then add a high tip?” I reminded them that if they don’t want to be judged by appearances, they shouldn’t judge others that way.
I wasn’t planning to write this, but my sister encouraged me saying others deserve to know what they may walk into. Along with a great deal of older staff go there and I’m sure don’t notice or review their bill.
I share this with sadness not spite.

Great food. Fantastic complex flavors.
The restaurant was completely empty and we were turned away because we didn't make a reservation. No one was coming in and it wasn’t busy. It was a Tuesday evening, not even a weekend.
This place is wonderful!

Love love restaurant. Just not sure it’s mutual. Feels like they are doing us a favor, and we might be intruding to dine in. I don’t like the from dining room closure. Do they prefer take out? We stopped going. Sorry.

Good Thai spot in the area. Reservations are required since they don’t accept walk-ins. Pad Thai wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but still good enough.

One of their newest dishes is the salmon satay.
Served medium rare with peanut sauce is a serious treat.

Used to love this restaurant..... but a restaurant that you can't just walk into. Bye bye. Definition of wanting to go out of business.
