if i could give this place 10 stars i would!! walking in, you’re ALWAYS greeted. the owner (& her employees) are super helpful with suggestions and advice for what to order. there’s always new specials and events going on. i will never stop coming here bc i know my money is well spent!!

Absolutely loved my visit to Embrace Nutrition today! I had the honor of trying one of their banana protein shakes, and it was absolutely delicious, smooth, flavorful, and super satisfying. The owner was incredibly kind and made the whole place feel warm and welcoming. Such a great vibe and even better shakes. I’ll definitely be back! 💚🥤

The name really fits their personalities because they welcome and support everyone that walks in their door.They have their standard menu that's always there but there are weekly and monthly specials to mix things up.Our top favs for shakes are Death by Chocolate & Strawberry Cheesecake and for teas Bomb Pop & Orange Creamsicle.2 years later and still rocking it! Try their winter hot chocolate bar!! Andes mint soooo good!!
