The location was nice and clean and provided several tables to sit at outside. The portions were HUGE and the kids took their left overs home and ate them the next day. There are a lot of menu options to pick from. Plenty of parking. We all loved it and would definitely go back!

It was my first time there. I went because all the owners videos talk about lots of toppings which is what i like. I got a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge, krunch kote and bananas. There was hardly any hot fudge or krunch kote. It was mostly vanilla ice cream which is NOT what I wanted. I won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

So many choices! The s'mores sundae with the toasted marshmallows was great. If you get the extra buckeyes....there are a lot of mini buckeyes. There are a few tables around the property to sit and enjoy your dessert.
Arrived at 8:15pm, not much of a line at the window, decided to go thru drive, waited for 18 minutes with other cars lined up behind us, to make eye contact with 3 different employees inside, that never once came to the window to take our order. Drove away after the extended wait. We love their ice cream, but seems there wasn’t any manager on sight or lack of training how to manage both drive thru and front window.

I get the pup cup for my shepherd he loves them, I get the banana split all the time because they make them the right way,3 ice-cream flavors, I just moved to lake county and this is the ice-cream spot for me.
