Excellent food large portions. Staff was friendly. Most important to me is they take seafood allergies seriously and don't cross contaminate the shrimp with other food.

Just came in for a memorial service for a friend and this place is wild. Definitely not my kind of place, loud obnoxious, and pretty dingy. Walking in my arm was cut open by an exterior window flashing, on the interior by the main bar. It took every bit of 10 minutes to get a waitresses attention for an extremely overpriced can of beer. I will more than likely not ever go back here again.

Back in september, I had a wedding reception and "Sammy kay's" lived up to my expectations. We needed to order soda two liters for the kids, even though we didn't have to. It just made sense for kids not to walk up to the bar to get their soda. We needed to order wine, and they pulled through for us. Anything for your catering needs.You can always ask them, and they'll see what they can do for the most part they do it! we had three entrees to pick from, and we picked the lake erie perch, prime rib and grilled chicken. Everyone loved the food. even if you have a reception and let's say you want to order a lobster tail for you and your spouse, they will make sure they get it for your dinner. If you want any kind of add ons, they'll make it possible. 10 out of 10 i would definitely do another party here

We ordered out food at 6pm for an 8pm delivery called at 8:24 asking where our food was got told they just got hit really hard n to be patient I told them we called 2 hrs in advance so then got told the cook is going to deliver the food they sound so dumb why pull the cook out of you got hit so hard NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN JUST MISSED OUT ON LUNCH

It's a bar atmosphere but quaint. Service and food is great. They also have a room for larger parties. I had the steak and sweet potato fries. Excellent! Have been back several times

We had a party of 16 for family members Birthdays. Our server was Heather. She was the BEST!!! Tables were ready, Set up beautifully!! She was efficient , super friendly. Food was good. Drinks were refreshed as soon as emptied.Service was EXCELLENT!!!! Made the party very enjoyable! Thank you again Heather and the Cooks!!! Everyone left happy and satisfied !!!

The one-star on food was for the mashed potatoes. Those were delicious. We sat at the bar and ordered an app sampler, salad, and Delmonico steak. It felt like a really long time for the salad. The place was fairly empty and there wasn’t any protein that needed to be cooked. Then, the steak came out- before the app sampler. Bartender told us they needed to remake the sampler because something was burned. That happens, but it took another 10ish minutes and came without the tenders. They came another 5 minutes after that. The really awful part was the steak. It was not good. The grill must have been lower than needed because the fat wasn’t rendered and the meat was chewy. We ended up eating less than 1/2 of it- between two people. It also didn’t have any seasoning on it at all. I actually imagined Gordon Ramsey yelling about salt, lol. We planned for this to be a nicer dinner at a steakhouse, but instead it was disappointing. I would avoid the expensive items, like steak, at all cost and stick with the freezer to fryer options.
