This experience was not what I expect from 7 brew. My girlfriend works at a different 7 brew and told me all about how you need to wipe down the drinks before serving them. Guess what, my drink was really sticky when I received it and that’s not okay!!!

After my horrible service today, I am done. I ordered 1 sf cookie butter latte hot. I waited at least 15 minutes or more before I got my payment collected. 1 car held up the line so long!! 6 to 8 cars in the left lane were waited on and on thier way while I sat and sat! Why couldn't someone run my coffee out to me?? I know it was sitting in there sit was very cold by the time I got it 15 min later!!!

7 Brew is the Dutch Bros of the Midwest! Phenomenal coffee and fun atmosphere. Best cold drink is the Blondie and best hot drink is the sweet and salty.

This place was awesome at first but now it’s a total joke. Stopped in today to get an iced caramel latte and got LITERALLY milk, sugar, and caramel in a cup. This 7-Brew is terrible. Everything is sugar packed crap and they will never get it right. They’ve even admitted to using the sugar products when it’s supposed to be sugar free. Dunkin and Starbucks are better than this place and they’re not even that great. It’s not even coffee anymore here. I don’t even know what this garbage is.

Love this place i just wish they would have a place to sit and relax for a few. Drive thru only. I do find the drinks are sweeter than most other places. I order half sweet and to me their better. The refresher energy drinks are delicious.

I want to like a Starbucks competitor but you’re not helping yourself. - no menu when I drive up, no app to pre order, syrup is the same stuff I can buy and not the best. Very underwhelming experience.

Too busy and unorganized... drove right past. Returned four hours later and I had to wait 15 minutes, but I received my items. However it's now Wednesday and I visited on Sunday and I still don't have my points for the visit. Anyone have a corporate number?
Love 7 brew. The service is quick and friendly and the coffee is better than Starbucks. I always get the same drink and it has been perfect every time. Caution: it is highly caffeinated.

Wife drink was good, I tried the regular coffee, don't think they put any sugar I requested in it sadly or not to my requested amount.
Update: They did give us a free drink to apologize for the issue. I can't say anything about the regular coffee as I haven't gotten one since but the drinks my wife gets, she still enjoys

First time going to 7 brew, I’m normally a Dutch Bros girl but since there are none around here I figured I would give this a shot!
10/10 great service, 10/10 fast and affordable coffee, and very accommodating to any drink fixes. The coffee had great flavor and wasn’t too sweet like some other coffee joints are. I will definitely be coming back!
I got a small Smooth 7 and my husband got a cold brew iced coffee. Overall, very nice place! I hope everyone stays warm during this winter!
