Always friendly workers and food is great! They have very good customer service.
This is the Arby's that is close to where we live, so we go here. We have had many times that the order is wrong even after they repeat it to us. (Would say they get it right 60% of the time). Also most of the time when we order they are very slow. Wish they get their act together, or we had a different Arby's that was closer.
