They were out of roast beef and bacon, so I ordered some chicken instead. I paid for my food, and they told me it would be 4 more minutes on the chicken, and to pull ahead After 6 minutes, I went inside and ran to the restroom. I got out of the restroom and my food still wasn't ready. I asked the girl at the counter why she said it would be 4 minutes when it was clearly taking more time than that, and I had been waiting at least 10 minutes. She said, "If you want your food to taste good, then you have to wait." The food was, in fact, not good. They burnt the chicken and the lettuce was soggy. Don't go here. Rude staff, burnt food, and slow wait time....there are better places in the Toledo area.

This place is slowly going downhill. Food comes out cold (sometimes ice cold) and half the time your order is wrong. Want some Arby's sauce with your order? Here's a single packet because we're too cheap to give you more.

The good thing about this place is that if you're looking for something to take up a lot of your time, this is the spot. I don't think I've ever spent less than 10 minutes going through the drive through.

One star because negative five stars is not an option. There was one car ahead of me at the drive thru. I waited five minutes at the box just to order. I ordered two sliders and a small curly. I paid and was asked to pull into a parking spot. Ten minutes go by… the car ahead of me is still waiting. At the eleven minute mark, I go into the building. The one girl was texting. I ask where my food is, and they say only the one employee can make sandwiches. As I stood there waiting, the one girl was texting on her phone, and even when my sliders were sent down the chute. She kept on scrolling. I finally snapped and asked that she give me my food. I’d rather see a closed sign on the door or have your employees give a disclaimer through the speaker that you’re looking at almost a 20 minute wait for “fast” food. I apologize for being so negative; my grandfather passed away that morning, and I just needed to grab food and run.

Walked in to the store. There was one employee eating in sitting area. One employee I back area with back to the front. Another employee walked by and then after 5 minutes of no service we just walked out.

I made an account just to leave a review. Had to wait 25 minutes for my food, and zero people are here. Ordered 6 dollars worth of food. Just go anywhere else It’s not worth it.
