Waited at counter at least 3 minutes and could get no one to wait on me. I finally asked a worker if they were open and she nodded yes. After a causal conversation between workers I finally got waited on, no please thank you . Almost like I was bothering them at 145pm. The dinning room was filthy at best. Worst fast food experience in many years!

The cheesesteak sucked but that's not their fault. There are better flavored cheesesteak sandwiches out there. Wasn't really expecting much from a roast beef fast food restaurant. But, they ARE known for their fries which made going this establishment a complete and utter waste of time. They were cold and hard. I tried to revive them in the air fryer and that didn't even help. Listen I've been in the industry. But for me to pull right up before dinner rush and get this level of quality is absurd. I frequently eat fast food out here in Perrysburg and this by far was the worst experience in a long time. Consider McDonald's next door or drive a little further for a better location. Don't waste your time especially if you love fries!

As someone who loves Arby's, I'm very sad that I ordered a classic meal and cant even actually enjoy it because the bun is literally rock hard! Usually you just forgot my au jus but at least I can still eat the sandwich!

Very dirty place. All tables were dirty till when we left then one person was cleaning them. Door and windows were disgusting. Saw a worker squatting at drive-thru looking at phone. Clearly they had plenty of time to clean.

Chicken tenders were small compared to normal, the fries were cold unsalted and dry, and the pop was flat and tasted like soda water not dr pepper.

Had to use the restroom like urgently urgently. Went to McDonald awful restroom next door and the stall was taken but I saw Arby’s in my sights next door so I waddled swiftly yet cautiously over. Upon my surprise opening the door I was greeted by an oasis of a restroom. The seat felt like it was heated and the toilet paper was at least 2 ply. Do you guys dent the air with lavender? 10/10 magical……. In all seriousness very clean restroom.
