Got the Mongo tacos they were a little dry, but flavor was satisfying. Also, I got the taramisu bubble tea. idk this was my second time trying a bubble tea and I just don't like them taste like a cup full of syrup ?

First time there and ordering on kiosk. Do order and go to pay and it says payment disconnected. Go to register and reorder. Look at my account while eating and have been charged $13 twice for one meal. Notify manager and am assured one charge will drop off in a few days. Eight days later call restaurant and advised I have to contact customer service through email. I get an email back saying a ticket for my complaint has been made. Two more days go by and no response and no refund. Not a happy customer. They take your money in 2 seconds, but ten days later still waiting for my refund.

Food was okay, craved more sauce but didn't want to pay for extra. Service was friendly but the hostess also started cleaning and rolling up rugs and hour before closing. Wait til after close especially when there are diners. The water cups are tiny and had to go up and get multiple refills. We LOVE Balance. Their brussel sprouts are the best thing I’ve had in my lifeeeeee. They are hit or miss though. Also expensive!

they have like 2 chairs in the dining room, dont order for here. horrible service. just 2 bowls took like an hour. did not even get drinks. bowl made me queasy and was room temerature when it finally came out.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to.Ive been patronizing the Perrysburg store now for some time and I don't know why. I order the same thing, Mongo Tacos with no Japanese Mayo. But over half of my orders (not making that number up) come with the Mayo.I think I am done. If you cannot follow directions/order, then what can you do? It makes me wonder what other things don't get done. Is health and safety up to code?It's just extremely frustrating. This has gone on for too long.

I enjoy Balance and I will keep coming to eat here but I very much dislike how they use facial recognition technology during the ordering process. I'm already not a fan of ordering from a tablet but now when I walk in, it has a suggested order already pulled up before I hit a button.Edit: I changed my review to a 5-star because the company was kind enough to reply. I understand places try new ways to engage, and though I'm not a fan of this, it's good to know they care enough to listen.
