Loud music, rancid burnt stench, undercooked bagels, and general staff confusion with a nonsense checkout system. Go to any other Barry Bagels location.

I visited this Barry’s Bagels location and had a negative experience. Both of my food items were made incorrectly and served at an unsatisfactory temperature and overall the staff seemed annoyed to even take my order.

I reached out to management via an online form and did not hear back. I would classify this visit to Barry’s as $20 down the drain.

I’ve been going to Barry’s since the early 80’s. The food is typically solid and the service is great. Except this Perrysburg store. It’s consistently dirty and the staff awful. They really need to have some of the people from the Maumee store come over and revamp the procedures here. They even make their food different than other stores. Today I walked in to a basically empty location. The girl behind the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me. No hello. No someone will be right with you. She was basically refilling bins with ingredients. She kept yelling in the back for someone to come to the front. After about two minutes, someone finally came up and said, “what do you need?”, I placed my order and he made it wrong. When I asked if I could get the cheese I ordered on it, he seemed annoyed. This isn’t a huge deal, but it happens all the time at this store. Senior management needs to get into this location and do some reprogramming. This specific store damages the Barry’s brand.

Service is pathetic. So bad. If you see a worker smiling its an anomaly. Always out of bagels. This place gets crushed because the product is amazing but its dreadful going in.

It's fine for what has become a rather sizable local chain. It's a fast cry from the the days at Westgate Mall.

I love their food, but in truth am visiting less and less due to service.. this time, I had to stop a team member to ask for assistance to pay. Instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the silliness to making a customer who had already waited too long to get the deal, I was met with an attitude and the comment, "were short staffed.
