Was given a raw piece of shrimp with our meal and was given a measly $5 off our meal and were made to feel like they were doing me a favor. Prices in general were high. Will not be returning.
the fact they give 1 min to respond to their wait-list before kicking you off is insane. we literally got on the waitlist, the lady said just let us know if you choose somewhere else so we can cancel it. clearly we didn't cancel it and we were waiting... we pressed 1 to confirm but apparently did not make it in their 1 min countdown so they kicked us off... also they have ZERO red wine
The food is good but the price increase was unnecessary . Only bad thing is every single time I get shrimp in my bowl here to go it makes me sick… otherwise everything else is good.
I frequently travel to this area for work and often stay at one of the hotels at Levis Commons. Blue Pacific is one of the restaurants is in that shopping center and just a short walk from the hotel. From the very first time I tried this place out, I've come back several times because the quality of the meal was so good. Flavor, service, ambiance, etc. I typically eat here for dinner and enjoy building my bowl as make my way down their assembly line of ingredients.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit was for take out. While I did not expect my portion to be as dense as it would've been had I eaten there, I definitely expected it to be more than it was. My portion was about half of what I normally get when dining in. I usually don't finish my meal and have leftovers to take home.
My pickup order portion was so small and the beef tips were over cooked which made it tough to chew. The only good thing was that there was enough of the other ingredients to take my mind away from the texture of the meat.
Again, the food is outstanding but I would avoid ordering take out. I would certainly dine in as you get a much larger portion and the service is both prompt and courteous.

Excellent choice of ingredients. Preparer did not add as many noodles as usual which detracted from final dish. Still very good.

You pick your own food so you get what you get. They cook it for you but unlike other Mongolian BBQ, you don't have you wait for it and a waitress brings it back to your table when it's cooked. Food is OK, nothing out of the ordinary. The waitresses have always done an excellent job! Opted to eat outside, inside AC was chilly on a warm day and less noise outside than inside. The prices seem too high for what you get - almost like you're paying for the service, even though you do half the work to get the food. Two meals were $40, not incl tip on top. Nice to have once on a while, but not often.

My wife and I have stopped by many times and usually have a great experience. Except this last time. It was pretty busy but there were a few open tables inside and out. The hostess told us there would be a 20-30 minute wait. Then she proceeded to seat other parties coming in with 2-3 people. That's annoying. We questioned her about it. She said they want to be outside. She didn't offer me that. I told her we were leaving. She said okay. It didn't seem to matter to her. Further annoyance.
