This is one of those staple places you need to visit when going somewhere. For Bob Evans it is Ohio for me. I wish there were closer. Perhaps that is why I am always happy to go when visiting. The food is always good and portions are always plentiful. Service is also friendly and attentive. I have never had a bad experience here. Probably why it is a family favorite.

I was really disappointed in this particular restaurant. First, let me say, the food was good as was the service. There wasn't very many people eating there around 10 am. As we were waiting on our food my wife looked down to the floor and was stunned. It looked as though it hand been cleaned for a few days, needless to say we were appalled. If the floor is like that, I hate to think what the kitchen is like. We will never again dine here.

Too cold within the building that doesn't help the food. Before you get to the middle of your food it is cold and you as an individual are also freezing. I will not go back.

It was ok. Got an omelette that was supposed to have sauteed onions and peppers. Veggies were barely warm, forget about sauteed. But they did handle the issue promptly.
Comfort food done reasonably well. Service varies with server and cook. Everyone is pleasant.
Parking: Delicious Cheesy Potato soup. I love their salads! Tasty American comfort food.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices. Comfy not fancy so kids do well here. They have activities on the menu and bendy straws so Win-Win!
