One of the nicer bird kings I have been to the people here are very friendly. The food is fresh and it’s a place for breakfast lunch or dinner! The apple cinnamon pie is 10 out of 10 hands-down

I SAS extremely impressed with the quality of the food and the excellent service I received at the drive thru at this location. There's not a single thing I can complain about. The window team member was a pleasure to deal with and seemed genuinely happy. The food was hot and fresh, unlike the cold garbage that is served at the BK by me. I wish all fast food restaurants were like this one. Kudos to the owner/operator. Keep up the good work.

We not ONCE was acknowledged by staff. We waited over 15 minutes for our food that we had to order ourselves. The fries were cold and the burger buns weren't fresh. Every, and I mean every, table was dirty and the drink area was so disgusting that we didn't even get drinks. We will not be returning.

Unscrupulous behavior. They should be investigated for food safety. I walked in placed my order on the self-serve kiosk, there were people waiting and others that came after me. Before I knew it everyone had their order except me. A worker came out to the front and stared at me for a few seconds, looked around and went back; after waiting a while longer I finally received my food. I ate it while driving back to Detroit. maybe 30 minutes after finishing I had this violent urge to throw up, and had painful sensations in my stomach. Needless to say, something was done to my food.

Food was good, as was the service. Their TRIO is a great deal.
Ordered my meal and went straight to the hotel 3 minutes away. The fries were cold and limp and the burger cold. They had obviously been sitting for a while. I should have checked before I left. Asked for mustard and mayo packets and discovered they gave me one of each. Thanks a lot! VERY DISAPPOINTED . I'll go somewhere else next time.

Hunter in the kitchen made sure my picky order was made correctly! Really appreciate the way he took time to double check the crew up front which seemed like maybe they were still learning some things. They did really awesome too tho! They were a bit busy and even so it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a fast food restaurant in awhile! We will definitely come back next time we’re up that way keep up the good work!

Tried to order food and misread the sign about paying at 1st window. Older guy at second window just keep saying pay at first window but there is a car behind me.So I couldn't reverse and he wouldn't give me any other direction. With the younger employees i've never had an issue.
