Use the drive thru and they got my order wrong, got home and unsatisfied. Very simple order, grilled nuggets and a number 8. Not 8 chicken nuggets. I’m not sure if Olivia was ready to go home or what but this was unacceptable. Thanks for messing it up… Not a pleasure… thanks for not trying.

Firstly I’d like to say thanks John W , for not listening to my order nor repeating it back to me so I could catch the mistakes you’ve made with my order AND having a stank face the whole time I was in your line.. I didn’t get what I wanted and I’m pregnant so it really ticked me off !! Secondly I’d like to tell everyone how my chicken nuggets were slimey and soggy, the plain chicken sandwich that I didn’t want was also wet feeling and my chicken tortilla soup (cup) was only about half full. Where’s the whole serving ? Lastly, the line from hell outside of the building is ridiculous!!! Get it together Perrysburg . I will continue to take my hungry ass to Sylvania Chick-Fil-A where there employees make you feel greeted, they treat you with gratitude and make sure you’re order is correct all while maintaining a nice line up. 0/10 will not be back

Gross. I just witnessed the attendant in the drive through lane, pick up a half eaten apple from the ground, set it on the drive through counter and reach through the window to hand it to someone inside. Then they proceeded to handle the food bags, with the same hands that just were all over this nasty apple. I expressed my disgust, which they admitted that they should probably go in and get washed up. However they proceeded to carry on as nothing happened after I drove away.

I think people in the vehicle are OK with waiting a little longer instead of seeing something like this

To the lady that was rude to my sister , it would of been nice for you to hold the door from the bathroom when you was coming out and she was going in , she uses a walker and had a ruff time with the opening the door .I thought employees would be better at this .

Saturday 9/28/24 Perrysburg location. dinner time. see picture. this is 8 piece chicken nugget? i guess if you count crumbs as pieces. also asked for extra pickles on chicken sandwich. there were 2 small pickles. is that extra?

Emma, the team lead that was helping work. The dining area was absolutely phenomenal. We had a few mishaps in our order and she took the time to figure out what was missing and also was able to do it in a timely matter. We really appreciate the service we were given and emma deserves a raise. She was absolutely phenomenal.
