Cold always old stuff

I drove 45 minutes to get home and not have my full order. I ordered 2 kids meals and only received 1 meal with 2 kids cups. They put both the meal stickers on…1 box. I tried to call the restaurant and they don’t except calls. Maybe the manager will see my review and email me a credit with an apology. My pickup time was for 3:20pm on 11/30/25. Check your bag before leaving when you pick up your order!

9pm on a busy friday night and all food was old and dry. The person at the counter scrapped dry bitts off the bottom of the pan and asked “are you sure you want this.” Fajita peppers were mostly onion. Hot line was a mess. Will not be going back.

Food was great. They were accommodating of a gluten allergy and willing to change gloves and change out serving spoons with new ones. To me, the portion size seemed fine.

If you had a long day at work snd get off late. and look forward to getting some food. Don’t pick here . Got there at 9, they told me that if I come at this time they more than likely will have ran out of everything.( but how do they have it for the next day??) just seemed like they didn’t feel like getting some more things out or open. 5 people working only one person taking orders. Took 30 mins and I was second in line.. food is so bland. Sorry if you have a late shift. Don’t go here

If I could give them 0 I would. I love Chipotle but it was freaking horrible. I usually have no issues but this location needs to be shut down. From the horrible atmosphere, rude employees and the terrible food quality. My rice was hard as a rock and the employees were not welcoming. The portion sizes were even worst it’s like they do not care at this location. They don’t care about the quality of the food because why are you serving old rice. It’s bad and management should definitely be checking in on their evening shift employees to make sure everything is up to standard.

Worst chipotle in the area. The discrepancy between employees serving sizes is ridiculous and their attitude is insane. Manager on their cell phone trying to arrange after work plans while ‘cleaning’ tables.

I use to love Chipotle.

Unfortunately the Perrysburg location may be the straw that broke my back

Small portion size, slow moving line, and can't bother to clean restroom or dining room.

Six employees working, one person ahead of me should not take 18 minutes to ring out. Instead of focusing on prep for future customers, deal with the people in front of you or they may not come back

If you charge more for double meat, give double meat. Don't ever reach into my bowl to remove chicken because I want double meat with pork. That is insulting and not food safe even if I didn't touch my bowl

When you raise prices and decrease portion size while wait times rise, you are not customer focused. The investors will be left with nothing if the owners keep pinching every penny

Some locations still care about their customers but this was my last trip to Perrysburg Chipotle
