Brooke O was a excellent server !! She attended to our needs in checking on our drinks and making sure we were totally satisfied with our food. Please let her know how much we appreciated her great service. Also, the food was excellent and we will be back soon.

I was a little disappointed that my recent fave, the Maple Bacon Chicken dinner, is no longer offered. But, all good things come to an end, they say. I tried, for the first time ever at CB, the Bacon Cheeseburger that was on the menu. I have to say, it was really good, and done to perfection. Our experience was dampened this visit by a server who was efficient, but not great at pleasantries. She did her job, but it seemed like her mind was elsewhere. It affects the atmosphere.

I would have given 5 stars however after 2 attempts, they still couldn't get my eggs right. Ordered over medium got sunny side, then way over easy the 2nd time.

Always i good experience. We had to wait a 1/2 hour for table due to staffing but that's expected from time to time. Thank you staff for great service.

Was no waiting to be seated and dinning area was 50% full. Service was slow after our food order was taken 20min past and the waitress returned to say what 2 of the 5 of us ordered was out. So we reordered. 30min later our waitress returned offering bread and a sorry about food being so slow. 15min more (over 1 hour from ordering) our appetizer a fried pickles came. We'll over cooked with not a drop of moisture left in them. During this time, no refrills were brought unless asked for
And then only four, the people that asked not everyone. 20min later when food came 3 of the 5 felt it was over cooked dry and tasteless. My burger was terrible but at this point i was happy to eat it so this experience would come to an end.

Unfortunately, Cracker Barrel did not live up to it's reputation today. Out of several dishes. Some food overcooked. Some food undercooked.

Ok, this is just for this cracker barrel. The food was burnt. The chicken burnt, the corn muffins burnt, the biscuits burnt, the tomatoes not ripe, the Shepard pie was burnt. Service was non existent. Not a good experience at this CB.

This has nothing to do with the rebrand, but that sucks as well. Visited here last night. Walked in to a dining room full of the Amish. Which was actually pretty cool! Makes me miss Der Dutchman's food.

The new menu includes new items and price points. I tried the steak and chicken combo. Bad move the steak was horrible. It was like it was cooked in a bad. No grill/sear. No seasoning. Tough as hell!!! The chicken was okay. Carrots not up to the usual standard. The new salad was fine. The only reason I gave it three stars was Austin. He was a fantastic server. He was training a new server so I hope he does it well. It will be awhile before I will be back.
