Friendly I placed a small to go order and got it right away. Great service! I ordered 2individual orders of coleslaw.

We had no problem getting seated immediately when we arrived at the Cracker Barrel the problem came in when we after we ordered our food. We were approximately one hour and a half wait for our food to arrive to our table once we ordered this is totally unacceptable.

The food was good. I just wish there were healthier options. I did manage to get a breakfast sandwich and substitute eggwhites and multi-grain bread and add turkey sausage. The service was great as was the atmosphere! I would return...

Server was given too many large parties at once so when our food came out with missing items,it took her a long time to get back to us. Our food was cold by then.

What the heck is cracker barrel up to now the portions are very small I mean this is ridiculous I will never eat here again until you fix this problem. You upcharged me $2.39 for a loaded and then gave me the portion of 2 tbsp that is crazy. I refused to pay for it I am not going to pay extra for the size of a portion of a child would eat. Cracker barrel is going to lose its customer base if they don't get a control of these problems. You tried to change everything that was good about the restaurant when there was only one problem, and that's your chairs they're uncomfortable. Whatever you do go back a year and rewind.

It took at least 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. several tables that were seated after us were waited on first, slow service

Our family had the prime rib meal for our Christmas dinner. I ordered it two days before we needed it and was ready for pick up on time. Great instructions how to prepare the meal. Food was delicious.

The food was pretty average, standard Cracker Barrel. But we had the nicest server tonight, her name was Christine. She was on top of everything and very attentive, a super pleasant person overall!! Made the whole experience much more relaxing which was nice after driving all day.
