Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Ate in Perrysburg Ohio…..was seated In timely manner….no wait time….waitress took our orders….waited a while for drinks….as we waited for our food other people were seated….got their drinks and food before us….3 tables around us….seated after us….were finishing up their dinner before we received our meal…..finally came out….shrimp and hush puppies were burnt….hard as a rock….received entire meal at same time…..biscuits, salad and hot food…..they did remake shrimp….

Food was normal. Charged way too much for a BYO breakfast. I was not impressed.

I was a little disappointed as I cannot eat meat it gets stuck in my esophagus. I ordered the chicken and dumpling meal but tols the girl no chicken as I cannot eat it. There was no adjustment to price. I received the dumplings and mashed potatoes. Had I known I could have brought the chicken home to my dogs. The serving size wasn't any larger

Waited over 15 minutes for waitress to acknowledge us. 2 other tables were sat and waited on before us but it was a different waitress that had them. Went there at around 8pm on a Saturday wasn't busy at all. Food was good. Never asked for refills or dessert before we received a bill.

Shrimp and grits was served cold and then reheated. Not the best tasting. Peppered trout had too much pepper on it.

Worse cracker store we have been in. I love the brand but not this store. No service and food never came out. We just had to leave after waiting 40 minutes...maybe the cook quit that day ..

Fish fry was bland and I got very sick after leaving there .

got the only burger on the menu asked for it to be medium rare, and that's it. it came out fully well done, and had to add salt and petter to the BURGER because tasted duller than the leather it would be if a steak. not to mention my wife's dish was a chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper, and bacon on the side. like that's a 30 dollar dinner? did kids make this? Never coming back.

My experience at that location was horrible our waitress kept forgetting items we didn't get any refills on our drinks the whole time we were waiting for our food and far as food we waited a hour in a half for our food two of us ordered fish it wasn't done and I told the waitress she said well let me go get the manager well the manager never showed up to talk to me and the third person she said her food was cold I was very disappointed with the quality of my food and the service and how it was handle true they did replace my food but what I chose that wasn't good either and I just remember the waitress was going to still charge me for my meal but she had just remember something so at the end I wasn't charge at all I just don't understand why I had a bad experience with my food and it wasn't taken care of professionally

Good food and always great and friendly service. The Perrysburg Cracker Barrel has the friendliest servers and hostesses. Had 6 people on my way out give me season greetings.

Thank you Mari I give you a five star in words for going above and beyond to help me receive the rest of an order. A beautiful spirit and amazing 🤩 I asked three people before Mari and they never even offered any thing after waiting that long for order. the peach strawberry lemonade tea is so good. I would recommend it. I’ll never forget you having great hospitality to offer a tea or something while waiting just for a burger that should’ve been taken care of over a hour. Thanks again😇 This isn’t the first time I’ve received a partial order here and had to come back to wait this year. I hope management will get better soon. It will make it a better experience for everyone.
