Domino's Pizza

Long time customer here at dominos amd had a bad experience last night 1/20/25 at 9:30. Pizzas were burnt (pic attached). Had.to basically beg the girl manager to replace it since on of my kids took a slice. She said it policy to not return if if just a bite was missing. She was argumentive from the start. I won't be returning. That's why this place is rated so bad already.

We ordered the five cheese dip with garlic twist and Alfredo noodles. They weren’t filled up like usual, the cheese on the bottom was so burnt It left hardly any cheese, the noodles were burnt. I called and no one answered, my husband called a few times and no one answered. We finally got a hold of someone and they said it was the way it’s supposed to look. This isn’t the first time this has been ordered and this is NOT the way it’s supposed to look. She indicated she was the manager and argued that it’s the way they do it. This cost $22! Horrible Management!

Foods been cold every time I’ve ordered, can’t even give me a refund when I’ve waited for food for over hour and half, , don’t update they’re system to show your order is on the way, overall worst dominos I’ve ate from and I’ve ate from a lot

My girlfriend picked up an order and the thin crust pizza was burnt, had no sauce and was inedible. I called for 20 min and was not able to get anyone to answer. Finally after calling another store and then calling back I was able to get someone to pick up. I asked to speak to a manager whose name is Savannah Hahn. She told me that was not her name and that I didn’t need to know her name. She told me that she could not remake my pizza that she would get in trouble. After threatening going to corporate she said she would remake it but just this one time. The remade pizza was not much better no sauce and overcooked. My fault for wanting to get what I actually paid for and the quality that I deserve.

First I would like to say the manager Savannah Hahn is the rudest person I've encountered in quite some time. I've been in the service industry for 18 years and I'll tell you now she will drive that business into the ground. Not only was she EXTREMELY rude to me about the online order not being correct, she basically called me stupid and said computers don't make mistakes. She refused to replace the pizza and now my boyfriend doesn't even have dinner. And this dip I order weekly was barely even there. Had enough for 3 twists. Look how deep it was from the burnt cheese, it was barely filled. I could have gotten over that but because of Savannah Hahn I will NEVER be back as long as she is there. Pretty disgusting to see the new generation and how they "lead".

The shop I went into was clean and very nice and the the employee's were amazing but the pizza tasted like card board and the veggies tasted old and burnt.

I paid my order in all quarters nothing wrong with thay it takes 1 minute to count. Plus they were giving a decent tip. Deliver driver brian purposely threw my jar in the grass I have cameras to prove it. If you dont like counting change then dont work delivery asshole! Lost a customer today!

Went to pickup my 6.99, 2 topping large and was charged 16.99. I was told the deal was app orders only but no such language was in the on line or TV add. Bait and switch is illegal.

Buyer beware... I got the $7.99 special and was charged $9.74... very very misleading. It does not even show why I was charged extra.. Poor business practice!!

If they would go just a tad heavier on topping and get everything out to the edge more it could be a legit contender. Overall pretty good food and service for a chain.

I like the decor inside. It was cool and trendy. The bread bites were great and so was our chicken. The pasta was half empty and dry.
