The service is usually quick and the staff is friendly. There's enough of seating with both coffee and high table options for larger groups. There's plenty to merchandise on display like sippers and coffee powder and pods manufactured by Keurig. I only dislike the facts that some of the merchandise is displayed right next to where customers sit, eat, spill and talk. The bacon, egg and cheese in a bagel tasted fresh. The hash browns were good along with the original coffee blend.

I went to pick up my order, which required a 15-minute drive from my house. Regrettably, upon arrival, I discovered that my mobile order was not ready, and several employees were standing around, occupied with phone calls. This experience was especially irritating, as it resulted in a further delay of five to 10 minutes, despite my having provided sufficient time for the staff to prepare my donuts.

I came here to work while my mom was sleeping at the hospital (I'm an accountant from Florida) . Had to grab a bite and whatever brisket egg thing I ordered was awful lol no brisket no eggs. Just cheese and tots. While I was working there was a ton of cussing and slamming trays. Other than that they were nice to my grandmother and I.

Ate at Dunkin Doughnuts a couple of times. The breakfast sandwiches have zero flavor and very bland. The Doughnuts are also bland with no flavor. I remember years ago Dunkin Doughnuts were awesome great Doughnuts and had soo much flavor. What happened to the flavor??? I won't give my money to Dunking Doughnuts again definitely not worth it. Tim Horton's has better Doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches.

Exceptional customer service. Shout out to Savanah, because she was exceptional in her customer service to make right of a wrong. She really displayed exemplary customer service in her whole demeanor to remediate and seized the opportunity to gain the business back. In a nut shell, had 2 recent mishaps of orders made wrong or subpar quality of order, and unknown to her - I was in fact done with this location because of it. However, she followed up from a review and while I was like a month later to take her up on her offer, I'm now weeks later and still impressed at her service. I've worked management with customers, patients & clients for too long to not know great customer service - she's one to keep and one for competitors to recruit.

Just YUCK! DD used to be the best place to go for doughnuts when I was younger, I tried this location when they 1st opened, just awful. Thought I would try again, big disappointment, the doughts were dried out, the frosting looked clumpy and bumpy, they were wet. I tossed my cider doughnut in the trash, with the fear of choking to death. How are you allowing such ugly, dried out items, leave your store? If you are looking for wonderful doughnuts, Do yourself a favor, go next door to Walt's, their doughnuts are so MUCH BETTER! So much for 2nd chances, no more DD, no more. They honestly looked like a kindergarten class made them.
