The service is usually quick and the staff is friendly. There's enough of seating with both coffee and high table options for larger groups. There's plenty to merchandise on display like sippers and coffee powder and pods manufactured by Keurig. I only dislike the facts that some of the merchandise is displayed right next to where customers sit, eat, spill and talk. The bacon, egg and cheese in a bagel tasted fresh. I came here to work while my mom was sleeping at the hospital (I'm an accountant from Florida) . Had to grab a bite and whatever brisket egg thing I ordered was awful lol no brisket no eggs. Just cheese and tots. While I was working there was a ton of cussing and slamming trays. Other than that they were nice to my grandmother and I.
Exceptional customer service. Shout out to Savanah, because she was exceptional in her customer service to make right of a wrong. She really displayed exemplary customer service in her whole demeanor to remediate and seized the opportunity to gain the business back.
