Went in on a Sunday, the staff were kind of rude for no reason, most of the toppings were old and some were burnt, below average, kind of disappointing.

I downloaded yelp to leave this review and i only have to say that the customer experience with who I believe was the manager was very disappointing. I ordered a little bowl and my food didn't even touch the sides of the container with how little was given. I was charged for double meet when the first portion was only a small pinch. I am a smaller person and don't eat much but this wasn't even enough for a meal. Glad to have spent almost 12 for basically nothing.

The staff here have first off all seemed depressed, sad and gave the environment a negative vibe and none of them had any happiness or enthusiasm on their faces, and when I ordered almost 50$ worth of food they barley filled any of the bowls with food, as I watched the guy make the food I asked if he could make sure there is enough food in the bowls because they were halfway full and it was not like my usual experience.

One of my favorite bowl style restaurants! All the flavors and options as Chipotle, Mo's, Q-doba, etc... but with a large variety of different sauces and serving options!

I loved going to hot heads but not no more. The service that I had today sucked and they justify they're rudeness, annoyed and the attitude all because they're co-worker didn't show up. I never did anything to them to give me and my family attitude.
