I came in with my dad as we were really looking forward to some good pancakes from the International House Of Pancakes. As we were seated by an experienced waitress, I overheard her saying to another waitress that she (the experienced one) would give the table (our table) to her (the newer girl). Looking around, the lobby didn't appear very busy, maybe 5 to 7 groups seated in the entire restaurant. Hopeful to have this be a good experience of mentorship for the newer server, I wasn't expecting too much from her, as she was still learning. The coffee I ordered initially came in a mug that had lipstick marks on it (picture provided), and it took a good 20 minutes (from roughly 5min in, I started keeping track on my watch) of my mug being at the edge of the table and trying to make eye contact to wave down our server or the experienced server. Finally, a group was sat at a nearby table, allowing me the chance to flag the newer server down to get me a clean cup. Our food arrived 8 minutes later (following the fresh cup), and EVERYTHING was lukewarm (including the sausage links). It is hard to believe that my lowered expectations couldn't have prepared me for this experience. I can't hold this against the newer server too much, as she may have still been in training, but I definitely expected better from the experienced server. It's sad to have had this experience, since this used to be one of my favorite breakfast stops.

Nathaniel was hands-down the best server I’ve ever had at any restaurant, not just IHOP. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely attentive. Our drinks stayed full, food came out exactly right, and he checked in at all the right times. He even took some time to play with Crayons with our kiddos. You could tell he truly cares about giving great service. Nathaniel turned a simple meal into an outstanding experience—IHOP is lucky to have him. Go to this ihop, especially if Nathaniel is working.

It was 11:13 when we arrived. I understand that is is pretty busy here, given what day my family and I arrived. A twenty minute wait was about what we expected and we were seated by about 11:45. It was 12:50 by the time we got food and rolls of silverware. More than a little extreme. Especially so when we watch a party of six get served everything, food, drinks, silverware, before us even though they arrived later than my family and had the same waiter.
The French Fries and Hashbrowns tasted like they'd been sitting in oil ever since we ordered. The omelet was lukewarm -the cheese didn't even get hot enough to melt- the meat felt like it had only just gotten to the safe eating temperature before it got thrown onto the plate.
The building was clean enough. Can't blame them for the little bit of paper on the floor. They were packed full after all.
All in all, it was a disappointing trip. I wish I could give them a better score, but even with the Holiday going on, the quality of the food and the inattentive staff really hurt them.

Went here last night for my daughter's birthday. Had a wonderful server, who before we came in held the door open for my family and my son in his wheelchair. The server was very attentive and even read back our orders to ensure he got everything correct. Food was delicious and at a good price! Highly recommend. Also our server definitely deserves a raise!
When I went in there were two waitresses. A blonde thin one and a heavyset one. The heavy ones stayed in the back and talked to a woman almost the whole time. The blonde was running around crazy trying to take care of everyone. It was absolutely ridiculous how that woman would not help. I hope others have complained about her too!

Our waitress Sarah m was quick friendly running around taking care of everybody on top of doing extra stuff getting to us in a timely manner and having a really good attitude on top of all of that the food was absolutely delicious we almost gave up on IHOP not this location we haven't had a good meal at an IHOP in a minute and our meal today was amazing and so was the service
