If I were only reviewing the food and drinks I would give this place 5 stars without a doubt. Unfortunately, I have to instead only give 3 stars because of the negative atmosphere created by the young girls running the place. While I sat and waited for my avocado toast to be made, I listened to them make snarky remarks about every single person who walked through the door. Some comments were made after those customers left, others while they were still in the store. Mostly talking...

We love Local Roots! We found them after a family member recommended and have been coming since. We’ll even take a day trip and fold it in to support small biz. I so appreciate their sweet staff asks each time if I need a dedicated GF toaster for my bread 😋, and they happily modify some of my menu items if needed. The newer location is spacious, just as bright, and has coffee! Thank you for choosing such great ingredients and going the extra mile for great taste, presentation...

Love going here after work, always a nice atmosphere and good food!

Vegetarian options: It’s all smoothies, açaí bowls, or different types of bread.

Dietary restrictions: They have lots of dairy free and vegetarian options!

Parking: There is parking in front of the store about 8 spots, street parking on the side of the store and parking in back.
