Awful, I feel like macdonalds food is the lowest quality. And not only that their quarter pounder is thin as heck , let alone the cheap kid patty is even worse. This location has rude employees too , I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The people are very nice, just not near enough of them, that know how to do anything! Floors are really dirty, drink station is a disaster, most drinks are out of order, no ice, tables are a mess, restroom is a disaster, young employees have no initiative to be proactive regarding CLEAN!!!! If you want a table….better be prepared to clean it first! Health department would have shut them down, if visited on most days!

One of the worst McDonald's in the area. There are always teenagers working that have an attitude and act unprofessional. They over charge on their upcharge for orange juice compared to the other locations in the area. The last 4 times the orders were wrong and received grief when i called in to ask for replacements. Will never go back and I will be telling my family and freinds to stay clear. Very unprofessional environment.

Another fiasco at this same McDonalds…and I pass right by the one in Waterville. Will definitely go there next time. I pick my two grandsons up from the babysitter in Monclova a few times a month. Typically we stop at this McDonald’s to get them a happy meal. Last week we did not get the toys. This week we did not get the drink boxes. Today when I told them I did not get the toys from last week they did nothing about it. I know you may not think this is a big deal but when you have a three-year-old and a two year-old having a meltdown over the toys…it was not fun. Now today no drinks! Will not be going back here. Poor customer service.
