i’ve been to this location once inside and a about 5 times in the drive thru. dining in, i got my food and went back to the counter to ask for more sauce…stood there for 10 mins while 3 people looked straight at me from the back (since no one works up front anymore…) without asking if i needed help. drive thru ALWAYS takes foreverrrrrrrr met with rude employees on the speaker who then don’t say a word to you at the window — just look at you and hand over food. bonus points for them not having the grinch meal when that was the only reason i came this time. i’ve written this review while waiting for my order & im still just past the speaker if that tells you anything.

I went to this McDonald at 10:24 pm. I wanted only a large Big Mac, 20 nuggets, and fish sandwich. When we place the order the worker in the window was very nice and was making sure the order was correct. Once I paid for the food whoever the manager was started yell at the worker. Talking about we don’t take orders at this window. Them comes at me saying I ask many time is the orders are two different orders. She never asked about separate orders. I never said there two orders. So why yell at me. Then gonna tell me to go back around against to get the Big Mac. Like why I gotta waste my gas. Gas too high to be going around McDonalds twice. Never going to this one again. Should of know not to go here when I saw 3 stars here.

We ordered food and we paid for it all legally and nothing wrong nothing out of the ordinary and we bought a large Coke and we bought other water cups because we didn't we don't like pop that much but we have one friend who is sick at the time and we put some coke into that cup for him so that we didn't get sick drinking out of the same cup the manager comes up to us and says are we stealing coke now boys and we said no ma'am and she took all of our cokes and left. HOW RUDE

I can’t eat nuggets that’s been sitting, so I always order them made to order so I can get them fresh. I told the guy and he got them fresh for me. Usually at other McDonald’s they say “these just came up” then I taste them and they were lukewarm. These were hot and fresh! Thanks to KS for great service!

At this point I’m never coming back to this location again. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes “parked” waiting on my food. When I first pulled up to the speaker, who ever answered copped an attitude with me (and it’s not the usual older lady) then I get to the window and the kid tried to hand me a different order which was fine, I just informed him that I was the mobile order. The manager then came over and copped an attitude with him before SCREAMING at someone else and then snapped at him to park me. Lady I get it’s stressful but if you can’t handle being a manager and also remaining pleasant to your employees AT THE VERY LEAST in front of customers, step down. Obviously it’s too much for you. And I’m still waiting on my food.
After wasting my whole lunch period waiting on my food, I just left. I expect a refund though. IZ14

Horrible food!!! Got my order at 8pm. Only one in line or at the restaurant at all. McCrispy Deluxe and a large fry. That's it. I get a half put together sandwich with what looks like ONE CHICKEN STRIP on it and it wasn't even an ENTIRE strip!!! The fries were disgusting and OLD and COLD! I mean come on!!! HORRIBLE food!!! The service was, meh. They were neither interested in anything going on inside or out nor the food.

I ordered a drink, nuggets and fries. Drink was fine. Fries were old and stale. I ordered a 6 piece nugget and I got a cold (like actually cold.. ) 4 piece. I come here for breakfast a lot and never have a problem. I guess 3 pm isn’t a good time to come.

The employees were rude it could not seem to understand playing meant just the meat cheese and bun.My husband had to take the order back three times and each time they just got rootr and rooter. I would not recommend going here
I could have sat down at a steakhouse on Saturday night, ordered a triple well done steak, and gotten my food faster

The pink haired manager is slurring her speech and arguing with other people who have been waiting and just want their money back. Ever since this tore was remolded and a big black wall was installed where traditionally smiling faces are supposed to be, service is non existent. Sloppily dressed employees walk past you with the sould mission to avoid eye contact. All cars at the drive thru are parked. Twenty better options in the area. Management needs help!

One should not have to sit in the drive-through for 20 minutes only for them to open the second line and start calling people in the other line instead was legit just there seven people in one line they come out and open the second line one car pulls up. They take their order but leave the six of us hanging this McDonald’s never gets the order right either

I orderd 7-8 bucks worth of stuff and we had orderd on the kiosks and I only had cash. The person bagging orders with red hair (i’m assuming she was the head manager) rolled her eyes and was like “are you paying cash🙄” and I gave her a 20 and she gave me 8 bucks change. That math sure as hell don’t add up. So I call her back and she gives me more additude and tells me to wait and she takes the money and slams it on the counter and then finally gives me my correct change. We then get are food. She hands it to us and we still try to be nice and say thank you and she just mumbles your welcome. I then go to eat and find out they forgot my sauces. I go up and call her over again. And everytime i’ve called her over i said “excuse me ma’m” so it’s not like i was being disrespectful. I tell her the sauces im missing and she rolls her eyes again and gets all pissy again. I still try to tell her thank you after she hands/slams me the sauces and she mumbles you’re welcome somehow more mumbled than the first time.
