Horrible experience. Had to order from the computer screen. Selected Pay at Counter. Waited. Waited. Finally someone came to the counter. Paid cash. Only then did our order actually get posted. Waited. Waited. 24 minutes to get two breakfast sandwichesWas not busy inside. We went in to a solid the drive thru line.Will not be stopping here again.FYI. The bacon McGriddle - there was a barely noticeable amount of bacon.

That's what's kept me going but otherwise I guess I'd be done.Kid-friendliness: Used to be more but they still have a quick and convenient kids meal. Austere lobby not appealing to kids anymore. They have a light table.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in and out. ADA bathrooms.

Management stole my food after I paid for it. This place is run by criminals. Do not trust them with your food.
This place has by far the worst manager I’ve ever seen. I’m not afraid to name her either. Leann (said manager) has been extremely rude on several occasions. Cursing at her staff, glaring and yelling at her customers, and just being generally unpleasant. Went in there just recently and heard her very clearly scream “SOMEONE GET ME A DAMN FRY!” At one of her employees. I don’t see why this place can’t just have a more generally pleasant person representing the company management. I hope the owners see this because this is a serious problem

Actually, I give this one two stars but 2, 3 and 4 star reviews are like voting for the independent; nobody cares. This gem of a review would be lost to the annals of history if I were a more unscrupulous individual and buckled to the pressure of the lesser desired stars. What keeps McDonald's from achieving the ever coveted 3 star review (that's not a grade they like to give out) is the lack of assurance that you aren't eating a human body part. I mean, people go missing every day. Were you watching McDonald when it happened?

This early morning, I went through the drivethru. The man was professional and pleasant. I got to the pay window as the line was moving quickly. The gal with all the pay/pick up window was fast, but not friendly. She blurted my amount, took my money, handed me my drink, and then my food. I didn't think much about her non greeting. I pulled away, realizing she had forgotten the milk in my order. Ok, I turned around, I wasn't mad, I pulled back to the window the man again was pleasant. I got to the window, no apology, same gal, she shoves my milk out, shutting her door she tell the guy "SHE GOT HER MILK". No, I didn't get my milk, and to say it loud enough so I could hear was disrespectful. I hope the store owner sees this. I want them to know I will not be coming to this location ever again. I am not going to be accused of being a thief over a half pint of milk.
