Zero stars the worst one I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They all need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A and learn customer service.

30 minute wait for burgers that were cold and made wrong and i had to still go ask for my food. They dont even tell you your food/coffee is in the window. Its the worst McDonald's ive ever been at. Burger made wrong and the manager on duty today 1/3 @ 4 pm said she'd bring it out when it was remade, 10 minutes later we go back up there and its sitting there while shes on her phone, and its handed to us COLD again. Go 10 min further if you want at least FAST FOOD! Like we already place our own orders and cash ourselves out why over 30 minutes for an order. There were 3 families waiting over 30 minutes. Its unacceptable. Order number 604.

Since the remodel of this store especially, the service inside is almost non existent. Today's drive through misadventure was a 13 minute, pull up and wait for 1 big mac. when I said I thought that was extreme, I was told "we are short handed and it takes 5 minutes for a Big Mac" I said 5 is not 13 and was told and I do quote "that's the way it is" . I was the middle car out of 3 and all our food was brought out at once which also makes me belief some of it was ready and waiting while the rest was prepared. My sandwich was far from Hot off the grill.

Watched the kid bring us our food, spill half of our drinks and then never cleaned it up. One of the people with me put a wet floor sign down for the kid. Then another kid walks in and confesses to stealing. They just let the kid walk out free 🤣 McDonald's as a whole is a joke!

Absolutely terrible terrible service, was there for 30 minutes and at least 5 people had there orders messed up and nobody would come to the front counter to help. People were coming in from the drive through complaining and wanting their money back. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The employees could also care less about messing up orders and moved in slow motion. This place needs a whole reset.
