Iv gotten coffee here several times and its usually luke warm and I wasn't thrilled but then I tried regular cheeseburger and it had definitely sat for a while before I got it but the the other day I got one with a dried out bun, a burnt burger patty and the cheese was half off the sandwich. Worst thing I've ever had from McDonald's. I took 2 bites and threw it away. I had just gotten on turnpike or I would of taken it back.

I usually go to the kiosk but at this location they didn’t have what I wanted on the kiosk but I could order it at the register. The employee watched me stand there for 15 minutes, literally looked at me and kept walking away. She then noticed that I wasn’t leaving and she took my order. No greeting even after I greeted her. The continues to look off into space. Doesn’t say anything so we’re standing there just staring at each other and she goes I’m ready when you are. She was so rude and doesn’t have any customer service etiquette at all. It’s a tall white lady with brown hair and has a bun in her hair.

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews about McDonald’s unless they are bad and I’m trying to flame them, but in this particular situation, this young man was outstanding except for one thing which is why I’m writing this review he was awesome very polite. Had to wait a little bit for my food, but that’s OK because everything came out fresh and that is the most important thing of all I opened up my fries and they were piping hot A++ the only thing I would say is add just a tad bit more salt other than that the fries were cooked perfectly my compliments to the fry chef, I also ordered a variety pack of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, which they did not have he compensated by giving me three glazed and three sprinkles no big deal. The main thing was once he handed me that bag of food. Those fries were piping hot and really that’s all that matters. Except for the lack of bag fries, the lack of fries bro... I ordered my burger with extras, ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, and it came out just as I like it loaded with the extras keep up the excellent work oh last thing I forgot to discuss…. the lack of bag fries there was no bag fries, Did I mention the bag fries? bro you gotta make it overflow into the bag but overall I would come here again great work

We walked out without food It took so long to get our order. We live 20 minutes away & ate food at home rather than waiting longer.
It's fast food. If it's not to your standard then know that's because it's not a standard. It's the Ctrl+Alt Delete option for a meal. This won't be right, but you will survive to be better planned & prepared for tomorrow. It's not their fault. It's your fault.
