This location has no sense of urgency. I'm waiting for a DD pickup and Im watching the employees just stand there looking at the order screens. One person making sandwiches and she is averaging a 30 second sandwich. When I worked in fast food the goal was 7 seconds per sandwich. And they aren't even busy.

All I can politely say is it's a joke and half to try to buy food. Don't expect a bathroom as well or gas to work at the pumps. We tried to order our food four times and never got it right so we walked out. Best I can say don't wait your time going there!! That was toll money wasted for gas we couldn't get and food that was never served to put something in our stomachs.

I have only been threw the drive threw at this location. They always seem super friendly. The food isn't correct 100% of the time but ill let it slide because it was fresh, hot and they didn't smash the sandwichs when wrapping them up.

Didn't say there were no pies when ordered then said no refunds so had to wait a ridiculous amount of time while on a time crunch for our load. Would have been perfectly fine without them if we could have got back on the road...all the other food ordered was cold by the time the pies were done overall mess

I will say the quarter pounder with cheese deluxe was very good the price of old. But most importantly the people in back had the attitude of don't make eye contact with the customer cuz then you'll have to go out front and take an order. I understand that the goal is to get everyone to use the kiosk. Some people don't like the kiosk and then they have to stand there waiting for someone to come take their order. I always use the kiosk because I think it's faster however being a McDonald's stockholder I'd like to see people who want their order taken from a person to have that order taken a little quicker.
