very disappointed in the service of Penera lately. i remember when it was hard to get a job there because you had to be customer and quality focused. it just seems as if they have lost the original meaning of what they represented.

We placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup on our way home. We picked it up without any issues; however, after we drove home, we recognized 50 percent of our order was wrong! They put a hot sandwich and a chicken noodle in the bag when we ordered a turkey bravo and cream of chicken. We also saw the receipt was never initialed to indicate it had been checked. We called the store, and our only option was to drive back and pick up the two items. My grandma drove 10 minutes back to pick up the correct items, and she was never offered a free pastry or a coupon or anything. They did toss an unknown tiny pastry into the bag we later found out was chocolate and coconut: gross!

It’s a cozy feel getting ripped off at Panera bread very disappointed at this location tonight. I ordered a grilled cheese and instead received a cheese sandwich. Apparently your cooks over there. Don’t know how to make a grilled cheese. I got all this for nine bucks, including some watery down soup following a very stale piece of bread to dip it in terrible experience this should not be happening at Panera bread. I will never come back to this location

I always enjoy relaxing at Panera in Perrysburg for coffee. Usually has a lot of customers during lunch hours.
Haven't been here in a while. Always liked it. Experience today was mid. Visited perrysburg. Food got done, they didn't call us. Found the food on the counter 15 minutes later. Wasn't that hot. My daughter had a hair in her soup. Got dessert after we ate. It was stale.
