Went to Pizza Hut after a movie and it was very delicious. The employees were friendly and nice and the building has a very nice old-fashioned diner look to it inside and out. Located in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Terrible service we had to keep asking for shit because no one would come to us when we dined in, then when ordering the wings for MY LACTOSE intolerant BABY, the guy rolled his eyes. I’m sorry I don’t want my daughter sick later! Then they brought our pizza they slammed it on the table, which mind you the pizza looked like they took bites out of it! This is THE WORST INTERACTION I HAVE EVER HAD AT PIZZA HUT! Go anywhere but here for Pizza Hut! I would like my money back! Didn’t talk to anyone there because I was so upset and disappointed in the service. Mind you I work in customer service and I WOULDNT TREAT ANY OF MY CUSTOEMRS LIKE THIS!

2nd time I've had pizza hut last month. What was once a real treat is just not good anymore. I've had better frozen pizza. Checkout was slow. I ordered online. When i asked about my pepsi I was told to get it out of the cooler. Problem with that is there was no pepsi in the mostly empty cooler. I ate here due to a free offer through tmobile. Stay clear and eat local.

I put in a to go order that came with boneless chicken wings plus I added a side of bone in chicken wings with honey mustard problem is I got some other sauce I didn't ask but no honey mustard.. get it together

Took almost 45mins before 5pm for a flatbread and personal pan pizza! Food was cold! Flatbread was way overcooked and dry with hardly any cheese and too much oregano on top was nasty! The personal pan was undercooked and was not good at all! I won't be ordering again!!

To say this Pizza Hut is bad, but old be an understatement. They look at you like you’re out of place when you ask to dine in. Every table was dirty and it had to be cleaned. Gave us 3 knives and one fork for two people. Which were also dirty. I went to the bathroom to clean them. Our pizza came out and it tasted funny, like the sausage was sour. We each had one slice and just left. I will never go back. Been sick since eating there. Avoid this location!!!
We are from out of town...we ordered a med. Pizza for $20 . The pizza was burnt around the edges, and tasted like the banana peppers we didn't order. We will not be eating here again!!!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever had. It's really disappointing when you look forward to ordering something that you always order at other locations and used to being delicious and this was not even close. The pizza was barely cooked and gooey, the boneless chicken chunks were not cooked all of the way and were mushy. They were supposed to be garlic parm but they came plain with a side of garlic sauce. Yall need to figure out what other locations are doing and make the necessary changes. I couldn't even eat this. It was so bad. I will be ordering from other locations.
