The head manager (Brian?) likes to say mean things in a nice way. The first time I went in there he talked to me like I wasn't doing my parenting job and was very rude to my kid. Next time I went was in the afternoon and he told me that if he broke my 100 he would be giving me all the money in his register. What business does not break 100s? The next time he waited until I got there to put my pizza in and told me he had forgotten to put it in. I'm always very nice but he seems very condescending. I've decided after all the bad experiences I will never go to this Pizza Hut ever again! Oh did I mention the fact that they weren't busy at all but the store was very dirty. I don't understand why people weren't out there mopping and wiping things down.

The food was amazing!!! The service was amazing!!! Management was amazing! Just sad that nobody realizes they are open for DINE IN. We will definitely be going back especially since they are the only dine in Pizza Hut around and we enjoy showing our kids what our childhood was like on Friday nights ā„ļø

This is a well run Pizza Hut .The manager at this Pizza Hutā¦ Brianā¦ Is so responsive To the needs of customers and actually called me back immediately when I had a concern. My husband always enjoys going in and picking up our pizzas and interacting with him. He is so friendly and competent. The pizzas are always delicious and I always have a bag of pizza in the freezer for my grandchildrenā¦

The Pizza was cold burnt and had no sause on it. I waited once I got there about 5 minutes which I didnāt mind if it had been an acceptable pizza. This was our first and last time visiting there

Came in for the buffet around noon, no cinnamon sticks or pasta, maybe 3 breadsticks and a few pizzas. I was there for 45 min, nothing new came out except one pizza. Had to flag someone down from the back to get a refill.

After placing an online order it was stated that our order would be ready at 6:20pm. Upon arriving to the location at 6:21pm I had to wait in the lobby for over 5 minutes before I saw a staff member. I was the only person in line so I found that a bit odd. There were food sitting on the oven that had just come out, (turns out it was my food). After waiting to see if there was anyone working a gentleman came from the back and asked if I had an order placed. I told him my name and he told me it would be at least 5 minutes. After waiting another 7 minutes ( now it was 11 minutes past my ready time) he brought me my items and I left. Once I opened my products at home (5 minute drive from location) it was undercooked. The stuffed crust part of the pizza was barely cooked ( the cheese was barely warm in the crust) and it looked pale like when dough is undercooked. The extra cheese that was ordered was not there. The breadsticks were also pale and undercooked. And we got a 2 ounce souflee cup of sauce which is not enough for 1 order of breadsticks. Finally our entire order was now cold (Iām guessing because it sat on the oven conveyor for who knows how long before it was packaged). We are very disappointed with this location and will think twice about ordering from them.

Buffet was delicious. Dining room was a bit chilly. Staff where attentive and turned tables over quickly and efficiently.
Buffet was lame. Food dry. Sauce container empty and I told a worker. They did nothing about it. Shakers on table were dirty. Told grandson not to touch them. Server never checked on us.

I will NEVER dine-in again!!! I donāt know who works the floor by themselves during the week, but he made me horribly uncomfortable. My grandma and I went for lunch a few weeks ago. He sat us and said to dig in, but we didnāt want to do the sad looking buffet. When he came back over, we explained that to him, and he got angry and tried to force us to get it. At this point I was going to walk out, but my grandma got through to him. Then I asked for a menu, and he got all arrogant and cocky and said that I should talk to him because heās smarter than a menu. I literally blurted some random pizza out just to get him to walk away. I know everyone is hard pressed for help, but DO BETTER!!!
