This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever had. It's really disappointing when you look forward to ordering something that you always order at other locations and used to being delicious and this was not even close. The pizza was barely cooked and gooey, the boneless chicken chunks were not cooked all of the way and were mushy. They were supposed to be garlic parm but they came plain with a side of garlic sauce. Yall need to figure out what other locations are doing and make the necessary changes. I couldn't even eat this. It was so bad. I will be ordering from other locations.

Rudest employees, had an order, had a confirmation number and proof of payment and gave me a hard time and said I had no order and was super rude! Killed him with kindness though. Didn’t wanna make it easy and take my confirmation number or anything. DO BETTER Pizza Hut.

The person who takes orders is likely on drugs, or excessively caffeinated. I’ve ordered here and every time he answers the phone, he talks so fast, and unclear and if you ask him to repeat, or politely say excuse can you repeat that, he gets offended lol Like dawg, slow down, you’re taking pizza orders, you don’t work as an EMS proving vital life saving details where time is of the essence.
The pizza quality is a 2/5. Not enough toppings, barely any sauce, too much cheese… it’s they forgot to undergo Pizza Hut training.
Customer service in person - the front desk is very receptive and nice and have GOOD customer service Skills

There was an issue with our order thru door dash, not our dashers issue... ive been on hold for 15 minutes to try and get it fixed, had to go thru the answering service... and they kicked the issue to door dash..

The head manager (Brian?) likes to say mean things in a nice way. The first time I went in there he talked to me like I wasn't doing my parenting job and was very rude to my kid. Next time I went was in the afternoon and he told me that if he broke my 100 he would be giving me all the money in his register. What business does not break 100s? The next time he waited until I got there to put my pizza in and told me he had forgotten to put it in. I'm always very nice but he seems very condescending. I've decided after all the bad experiences I will never go to this Pizza Hut ever again! Oh did I mention the fact that they weren't busy at all but the store was very dirty. I don't understand why people weren't out there mopping and wiping things down.

Great place to take family and friends great staff if the owner reads this be good to the hard working staff there in perrysburg oh, give them a nice Riase 👍 the one on oregon rd. In perrysburg oh, sucks no good service at all the delivery never came to my house went to someone else when I called the manager he said oh that's to bad then hung up on me

The food was amazing!!! The service was amazing!!! Management was amazing! Just sad that nobody realizes they are open for DINE IN. We will definitely be going back especially since they are the only dine in Pizza Hut around and we enjoy showing our kids what our childhood was like on Friday nights ♥️

This is a well run Pizza Hut .The manager at this Pizza Hut… Brian… Is so responsive To the needs of customers and actually called me back immediately when I had a concern. My husband always enjoys going in and picking up our pizzas and interacting with him. He is so friendly and competent. The pizzas are always delicious and I always have a bag of pizza in the freezer for my grandchildren…

The Pizza was cold burnt and had no sause on it. I waited once I got there about 5 minutes which I didn’t mind if it had been an acceptable pizza. This was our first and last time visiting there
