Food was fresh and hot. Unfortunately their soda machine wasn't working. They offered seeet tea or lemonade as options instead.
The staff was very friendly.
Restaurant needed cleaning, tables were dirty. I feel that they had been extremely busy prior to our arrival and hadn't had a chance to get a staff to clean the lobby.

I don't understand the hype around Cane's. They only do chicken and it's just okay. If a restaurant only does one thing, it should be incredible, but it's just really underwhelming. Just my opinion

The service was amazing. The workers we polite and helpful. We were greeted with a smile. The restaurant was clean. My only negative is that the chicken and French fries are bland, and they only serve boneless chicken/chicken fingers. The size of the chicken fingers was not proportionate. So if you order chicken fingers, you might get small pieces. We were not a fan of their signature sauce either. It's didn't add tasty flavor to the bland chicken. I most likely will not eat there again. This is only my opinion. Someone else may think the food is delicious. However, I did not.

Be warned, drinks may not have their lids fastened properly when visiting the Perrysburg, Ohio location, or any location for that matter. Maybe the girl attending the drive through window wasn't paying attention during the training when they showed her how to fill the drinks and put the lids on. They don't just sit on there, you actually have to fasten the lid to the cup to make a nice seal so it doesn't spill. And if they happen to spill the orange sugary drink all over your car, well than a simple oops, sorry should suffice. What a shitty a drive through experience. It will be quite some time before visiting another Cane's for their overpriced chicken strips.. lololol

Dining in was a great experience the staff were friendly we came during Christmas break with the kids it was a lot of us but they still got our order right and it was fast and fresh. The chicken fingers aren’t the greatest to me but the kids loved it!!! Stick to the kids meals my 14 & 15 year olds said it was plenty to keep them full.

Went thru drive thru...employees at window very nice. All items in bag, even extra sauce we requested, nothing missing.
Kid-friendliness: I'm sure it is...I did not go inside but I saw kids coming out of the door with their parents...they looked happy
Wheelchair accessibility: I think so...in terms of dips in sidewalk

*It takes a lot to get a negative review from me. Ask anyone on YouTube or TikTok. I'd rather not say anything. I rarely even give a thumbs down. With that said here's my review. Perrysburg, Ohio @Raising Cane Cold Chicken Fingers: Approx. 5 menu items/meals on the all chicken fingers menu. Even the chicken sandwich is made with 3 chicken fingers and lettuce. We walked over from Quality Inn (*****see review 😃) called in advance and paid. $34 for 3 chicken fingers meals. The $9.99 box meal says it comes w a drink but I had to add it and regular size that looks like a children's drink cost $1 the other choice is a large and they charge $1.69 for that. You get to choose "No ice" or "Canes Ice" It's just ice. The $9.99 box meal is now nearly $12. I said "To go order for Christina" A 35 or 40 something lady said they had just gotten the order and it would be a little bit and said we had time so... We walked over to the biggest Kroger store (****see review😃) I've ever seen. Clothes, a cheese factory plus ++. Went back inside Canes and food was bagged & ready. I grabbed a chicken finger ready for at least warm food and it tasted barely cooked. It was a cold, cold night outside and back at our motel room, opened the box and the toasted bread was still warm. Idk what was up with the cold chicken fingers. There is no flavor to the hyped-up, hand dipped/breaded chicken fingers, no salt or pepper and the most bland french fries ever cooked. I hoped the famous sauce would solve all - Nope. It is the most bland sauce ever made. I ordered a 3rd meal because my dogs were hungry. Since a kids meal with only chicken fingers and fries cost over $5 I ordered another 9.99 meal that also comes with bland cole slaw. The menu allows you to take things out of the meal so I took out the bread thinking -$1 or $2 Nope. You are required to add a double order of something else so I substituted a 2nd slaw. It wasn't included in our order. No great loss. The menu items listed below do not exist on the menu that I used. Salmon? Egg Salad?FRITTATA??? Really? Nope. FYI There are 20 other places to eat in walking distance.

First time at a Canes not impressed overall.
Food was okay... most of the breading was off my chicken and my fries were served lukewarm and had no flavor to them. Restaurant was freezing! Felt like there was no heat on at all

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this has happened consistently throughout Nov/Dec of 2024. Why is Canes getting so stingy with their fries?! Everytime I have gone, there are hardly any fries in the box combo I order. In the summer when I’d go, the box would be loaded and it was great. For that reason alone, I’m not really getting a great value for my buck so now I’m often thinking where else I’d be able to go and get something for the same amount of money. Sometimes the drive thru lines aren’t any better. They take forever. I’m going to be going to other Canes in the area to see the difference in portions for the same food option.
