I stopped coming to this Starbucks a while ago because of a sassy worker but so glad I tried again! I have a sort of complicated order due to some dietary restrictions and while I am usually met with sassy worker today, I had the pleasure of talking to Sam! Usually, I get a grande in the drink that I like but today I wanted an extra large drink for my grocery run lol! I told Sam my drink order and she was able to alter it for me to accommodate my needs. When I got to the window, she was an absolute gem such a bright personality. Also need to mention that her name tag was decorated so well lol. Total girls girl and I love that. We’ll definitely be returning. thank you, Sam!

How you mess up a hot vanilla latte and Carmel iced coffee is crazy to me neither are hard to understand or execute both where so bad un drinkable and workers didn't even know my drink not gonna be wasting my money here again

Great, pick me up for any occasion. Service is quick. Good quality of coffee for a quick pick up when you're on the go or need some me time.
Usually pretty good but I get the iced espresso quad shot, and add 4 different milks to mostly fill a venti cup with extra whip because it's basically a latte for almost half the cost of when you just order a latte, and here I used to often end up getting only half of the cup filled with the espresso and added milks with the other half whipped cream and a flat lid instead of getting a mostly full venti sized cup of espresso and milks with the dome lid and extra whip cream like I get from the starbucks inside kroger across the st. I understand corporate says they're technically supposed to only use a half inch of each milk, but it's just nicer when you get employees that try to benefit the customer over corporate knowing starbucks is extremely overpriced and wouldn't be hurting from a little extra milk to fill the cup more than halfway. Last time I went here yesterday they made it great just like the kroger starbucks does tho so maybe it'll be better now.

Due to a manager going by the name of "Bethany" I will no longer be going to this location, while trying to enjoy my coffee all I could overhear was how awful she treated fellow employees, as well as pulling power trips. She either needs to be retrained or removed. She has no reason to be in the position of power she is in, it was like looking at a group of depressed sweat shop workers. The atmosphere at this location has certainly dwindled since her involvement.

Super disappointed and mad! I never have issues here but today, i dont know what was happening. I placed an online order, it said it was ready so I go to pick it up. I pull up and she said they’re making it now. They handed me the food, forgot the crossiant. The line was so long I had to run in with 2 babies all of us in pjs. I told them they forgot the butter crossiant. She said they will make it. She then hands me a chocolate crossiant. At this point I said whatever and took it. I get home and my sandwich has some weird gray sticky hairs all over it!!!! I am disgusted.
