We visited for the first time, the experience was so special! We have already discussed another visit to Stella's. The food was delicious. The staff was superb.
Terrible value. The environment was dusty and dated. Could use some freshening up. The chairs showed years of wear and wobbled. Most disappointing was that the food served did not reflect what was on the menu. We ordered short ribs with risotto and were served a beef chuck roast. This is a totally different and inferior cut of beef. Total rip off. We also ordered the Seafood pasta, the sauce was broken and was no different than the "alfredo" that was offered in the kids meal! On the positive note, the server was clearly experienced and provided excellent service.
We planned an off-peak dinner to have the best experience possible for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, we were given the worst table possible (next to back of house) though only one other table was occupied on the second floor during the full 1.5 hours we were in the restaurant. Do not order the cheese and olives appetizer; not good. Also, the bourbon and lime cocktail tasted mostly of store-bought lime juice. It was pretty awful. However, the burgers and salads were decent. And our server was great. Hostesses were not accommodating and don't have a handle on reservations and time to allow for table turnover. (I used to hostess and mixology is a hobby). I am an out-of-town visitor and really hoped to support local restaurants, especially chef-owned ones. This is the only reason that I am leaving a negative review... to provide feedback for the owner to have the opportunity to develop his front of house staff.
Wonderful birthday dinner. Food was amazing. No kids menu but our kids found entrees they would eat.
I was disappointed to see that the only available seating was up a very steep staircase. 2 of my guests were disabled and could not climb steps. It would have been nice to know that an elevator was not on hand to accommodate handicap patrons. We had to wait another 40 minutes for a table to become available on the main floor. Also the only seating was on high back bar stools that my guests could not use. If you want customers to put nonrefundable deposits for reservations, at least let them know that handicap patrol may not be accommodated. Thanks
Food was amazing! The double fried French fries are next to none. Only negative is the downstairs ambience is just not there and being sat close to the kitchen doesn't really give off “date night” vibes. Service was great and kind! Would go back as long as we could sit upstairs.
The food was fine. The menu is limited. Prices are ok. The waitress wasn't in a hurry. Nothing special but not bad.
We drive almost many miles to eat at Stella's for birthdays and our anniversary. Food is always outstanding, nice selection. Staff is always helpful with any questions or recommendations.
Good service, great food, with excellent French onion soup! Will definitely be back when we visit the area again!
We hadn't been to Stella's in 10 years. We were pleasantly surprised by everything about the place.

Service was good. Good beer selections. Cocktail was OK. Dry overdone chicken in Tuscan Chicken
Took a while to get drinks on multiple rounds. Didn't pick up dirty plates until we asked. Food was ok, certainly not worth the price. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and the pasta tasted as if it had been washed in dish soap and was stuck together where it seems they may have just reheated it. One person in my party had a burger and said it was ok. Was not told we would be charged for asking for mayo... or multiple lemonades... $17 margarita because Patron was selected (again, no one made us aware price would increase to this amount). Place is kind of dingy and dark. Would not recommend.
We had a wonderful experience. The food, service and ambience was perfect. I actually just made reservations for next week to bring my parents there;)
Food and drinks were amazing and worth the price. We had a 4 course meal and everything by came out in a very timely manner. We didn't feel rushed to finish one meal but we were not waiting for a long time for the next round of food either. I don't remember the waitress's name but she was amazing, attentive, and kind!
We had a good experience here, not great but good. We eat dinner out a lot and in many different towns. I'd rank Stella's in the middle of the group. Nice people, satisfactory food, clean venue; it'd be better if the menu choices and preparation were less ordinary, more distinct and special. Nice service staff, cheerful and polite but also somewhat inexperienced. Expect to climb nearly two flights of stairs to get to the main dining room upstairs.
