6 stars on the service. I ordered online when I was a few min away expecting to have to wait. They already had my stuff laid out and I waited for about 60 seconds in totally for 2 foot longs

Placed a mobile order here for 2 foot long subs that were the same sub and I came in as they were making the subs, one was already done and I seen them putting the veggies on the second one and asked if that was a mobile order for seth and they said yeah and I told them it was supposed to be pepper jack cheese on both of them and the subway worker just told me well thereās shredded cheese on both of them and clearly on the ticket it said pepper jack cheese and she started to try to argue with me till she seen the ticket and just told me well theyāre already made so can you just take them, I was just like I wanted pepper jack cheese and they just stood there not saying anything back not even a sorry or nothing and I said fine Iāll just take it because they had like 6 other people waiting for their subs and I didnāt want to hold them up. Do better subway honestly, at least give me an apology or something like offer me a drink or a discount on my next order or something bc the sub taste like crap

Person working on 8/31 around 1:30pm was completely alone in the store, had plenty of bread made, saw my team of 15 females getting ready to order and straight turned to us and said āi donāt want to do thisā because he was alone. We have had plenty of subways that had one person working and took care of us. He even acted like he was going to and then openly just said he didnāt want to do it. I feel bad for the actual owners of these establishments. They are turning away so much money.
