Went through the drive through Friday evening on my way home from work. Ordered on the app and everything was perfect employees were great we had everything in our order. Until I got home and realized my cheesy Gordita crunch didn’t have anything but meat and sauce in the shell and my chicken flat bread melt was rolled like a burrito which doesn’t mess with the taste like the other one but still odd.

"manager" Corina is nothing but rude. Tried to get a refund because they didn't have what I ordered. Tried to call store to say app wasn't giving me an option. told her I wanted corporate number. She hung up on me. I've never had a good experience here.

You know it's pretty damn sad that I ordered nachos Bell grande I asked for extra meat extra cheese they also put tomatoes that I never even asked for apparently nobody knows how to listen and you wonder why I don't ever eat at Taco Bell because it's crap!!

Whoever that guy was named Ralph was in there screaming at the young kids. I'd Assume he's a chomo. I asked for five sauces for my four items and he said I can only get one sauce per two items. I said forget it and let him keep my $12 worth of food and drove away and went to McDonald's down the road ? no chomos touching my food EVER!! It also really creeped me out when it's top dentures fell out while talking to me.. if I were you I would just avoid Taco Bell in Perrysburg in general both of them. Just giving my personal opinion.
