Had to wait for my food inside (despite the app saying it was ready) and I overheard a woman who I assume was the manager get mad at a teenage employee for being sick because she believed he was faking it. Even if he was faking, this is something that should be discussed in private and not within earshot of customers. She continued to loudly swear and talk about how if anyone else left on her shift she would be cutting hours. As a supervisor who works in customer service I understand the frustrations she was having because it was the middle of a rush but never once in my several years of customer service have I had a manager talk so rudely about their employees in a public manner and I have never done the same. Whether she was in the right or not this is not how you talk to employees and it made me look at the manager who said all this in a very negative light. I would hate to work at this location

Terrible. Online ordering only. Staff didn't even look up. Ordering online was glitchy. And no bathroom. Cancelled order and left. Steer clear.

Ok so this is what you'd expect for a taco bell. Except they have zero desire to even take your order. Then when you do get them to finally come talk to you they leave without giving you your drink. Anyways it's a fast food place so I guess my minimal standards were too high.

My chicken strips were like rubber. We ordered a taco with no lettuce and received lettuce. Ordered mild sauce and received like 30 packets. Who needs this much sauce?

We walked in at 1:45am when they close at 3AM and they wouldn’t take our order. Staff was very disrespectful to us for no reason.

There must be a regional manager here just being totally disrespectful to the employees. Talking down to them in a way that appeared to be totally undeserved. I was just trying to mind my own business and enjoy my meal with my friends but I can’t even hear my own thoughts since this GM (?) just being horrible. Maybe have meetings in offices and not embarrassing employees in front of customers. Completely unprofessional. I’m just a customer and I know about employees getting fired by next Monday. Just ridiculous.

Orderd a quesadilla and it came rolled in a ball not flat like it should the drive thru girl doesnt speak to you at all and the guy basically threw the bag at me wont go back for sure

Stopped in at 1am on a Sunday, when most TB have closed early or are serving very sub par food, this one was top notch. Pizza, quesidilla, burrito, all great.
