The Displaced Chef

I can't believe that I haven't been here before. If you live in Northwest Ohio and haven't visited The Displaced Chef, do yourself a favor and get over there. Awesome, kind, intentional staff serving authentic food that will transport you to the Gulf Stream. Go there!

It is quiet with amazing authentic Cuban food. Never had anything but amazing dishes. Its quiet small and amazing. Everything is made by the owner. Its a great quiet night experience.

The food is amazing! The owners are fun and nice, it has been a great experience eating here.

So flavorful and different. Cuban coffee is a must try. Flan was amazing. Would definitely recommend for those who enjoy getting new interesting food.

A five star indoor food truck. It will miss on many restaurant qualities. For example, food comes in aluminum bowls and pop in bottles. But, HOME RUN on flavors of the region. I imagine their food truck has lines outside it. Papadillo and plantains were great and the Cuban was as good as I have had in Florida's Cuban restaurants.
