Lord have mercy they have the best coffee especially the ice cappuccino and even though I Boston cream donut is my favorite ❤️ I found a new love today. This apple fritter is the best I’ve ever had. Fresh and so so delicious. I’m floating around in love. 🤣 Thanks for introducing me to the best coffee and doughnuts for a year. You make my day better 🤩🤩🤩

I pulled up into the Tim Hortons drive thru around 11:37am waited a couple of minutes then said hello. Then someone answered and said one moment waited another 6 minutes. After this I told them my order went up to the window and got my order. I ordered a Carmel ice Capp with Carmel and oat milk, a sausage egg and cheese English muffin, and a chocolate dip donut. I was handed everything correctly except the sausage egg and cheese English muffin. Leaving at 11:48 am. I really wish they would have explained they didn’t have the English muffin instead I got a grilled cheese sandwich. Lately when I go here it’s a hit or miss with good service. I haven’t ever received bad service or not getting what I paid for this is a first.

Extremely rude drive through person gave my order could apparently understand the first half of my order but not the second half instead of expressing that she couldn’t really hear me decided to tell me to speak up in a rude manner and then tell me to pull around because she still couldn’t understand me then when I was repeating my sons order yet again she was pretty much laughing in my face and then they still get my order wrong I’ll just drive a little longer and go somewhere else get better customer service training.

I pulled up just 5 mins after they opened and the lady who took my order was soo kind and even joked alittle with me. Which I love, food industry can be stressful(been there done that) I ordered a dozen donuts variety and since they just opened she warned me they didn't have much options. Understandable but she still listed all she had and it was still alot lol they were fresh and delicious. Great experience at 5am.
First time trying Tim Hortons. Asked for 1 pump of mocha as to not be too sweet and got the entire container pumped in my Machiato. Also got my order wrong. ?
Wanted to take a moment to thank and recognize Shay, Senella, and another lady there (can't remember her name) who helped me today with a mid-day order of donuts and coffee. Shay was a delight to talk with and made several sage recommendations on the menu. Senella and her fellow colleague were both friendly, kind, welcoming and professional and they all made the atmosphere a joy to be in. The donuts were fresh, the coffee was hot and the service was fast. We all enjoyed some fun conversation while I waited as well. Highly recommend this conveniently-located Tim Horton's on Fremont Pike in Perrysburg. Thanks ladies! See you again soon!

Normally I have no issues with this location but this morning I get to the drive thru speaker and there are two employees smoking right beside the speaker. I have asthma and can taste the cigarette smoke. I get to the window and want to inform a manager about safe distance (I don’t care if people smoke) and find out one of them was the manager on shift herself.People have health concerns. Please be mindful of that.

We stopped here for breakfast because the food served by the Quality Inn we were staying at down the road was inedible. The food was very good, and we were in & out in minutes. Perfect!
