I’d love to say at least the food was good, unfortunately I wasn’t able get any. I waited for nearly ten minutes without my order being taken or even being greeted. Employees were only paying attention to the drive-thru. As someone who worked in food for many years, I can’t imagine having service that awful.

Step aside Starbucks, Tim’s has it all! The iced caramel coffee was made perfectly (shout out to Courtney)! My bagel was fluffy and so tasty! My husband loves the timbits. Great food and excellent service!

Horrible service, didn't even put my food in a bag this morning, instead just handed it to me with no bag, then forgot my hash brown, then didn't want to give me my receipt no professionalism, horrible customer service, and stale food

Stopped in to get a dozen doughnuts and timbits for the nice mechanics fixing my tire. Unfortunately the heavy set girl who took my order couldn’t be bothered to ask what kind of doughnuts and timbits I wanted. Just filled the boxes and walked away when I asked why I wasn’t asked what I wanted. I have never ordered doughnuts and then just had the server assume what I wanted and then turn their back when I inquired as to why I wasn’t asked. Rude incompetent service. I will not be spending any more money here.

Lord have mercy they have the best coffee especially the ice cappuccino and even though I Boston cream donut is my favorite ❤️ I found a new love today. This apple fritter is the best I’ve ever had. Fresh and so so delicious. I’m floating around in love. 🤣 Thanks for introducing me to the best coffee and doughnuts for a year. You make my day better 🤩🤩🤩

I pulled up into the Tim Hortons drive thru around 11:37am waited a couple of minutes then said hello. Then someone answered and said one moment waited another 6 minutes. After this I told them my order went up to the window and got my order. I ordered a Carmel ice Capp with Carmel and oat milk, a sausage egg and cheese English muffin, and a chocolate dip donut. I was handed everything correctly except the sausage egg and cheese English muffin. Leaving at 11:48 am. I really wish they would have explained they didn’t have the English muffin instead I got a grilled cheese sandwich. Lately when I go here it’s a hit or miss with good service. I haven’t ever received bad service or not getting what I paid for this is a first.

Extremely rude drive through person gave my order could apparently understand the first half of my order but not the second half instead of expressing that she couldn’t really hear me decided to tell me to speak up in a rude manner and then tell me to pull around because she still couldn’t understand me then when I was repeating my sons order yet again she was pretty much laughing in my face and then they still get my order wrong I’ll just drive a little longer and go somewhere else get better customer service training.
