We stopped here for breakfast because the food served by the Quality Inn we were staying at down the road was inedible. The food was very good, and we were in & out in minutes. Perfect!

The service was fine.The food on the other hand - all our donuts tasted awful. We order a dozen donuts (mostly chocolate flavours , as we have 5 children) the chocolate was sooo gross my toddler even resfused to eat it .My husband's coffee was most definitely burnt & we received black after ordering double double .

The drive through lady told us that they had glazed chocolate and peppermint chocolate timbits. We ordered 20 glazed chocolate. then when we got our timbits and she gave us 20 peppermint. So we went back around and then she said that they only had peppermint and never said they had glazed. But when we tried to get our money back she was very rude and gave us our money back but threw the timbits away then slammed the window.

Every time I order the breakfast wrap snackers, they are always wrong! If I order bacon egg and cheese I get sausage egg and cheese. Today I ordered bacon egg and cheese with extra egg and literally got just egg and cheese. No bacon or extra egg!
I come to this location at least 2 or 3 days a week. Does this bagel look appealing to you? It had barely any cream cheese!! Both sides of the bagel were this way! Your establishment is a treat for me! I expect better. I'm expected to give stellar customer service at my job position. When I visit your company I expect the same in return. Your staff is always friendly when they show up for work. I was taken back when I sat in the drive thru this morning, and no one came to the speaker. This was at 5:25am.

The WORST. I've been a vegetarian most of my life. A couple months ago went and asked for a breakfast meal no bacon, I unwrap it and it has mounds of bacon on it. Drove through for a replacement and heard the manly looking woman talking crap saying "who would order that?". Today decided to try again. SAME PERSON does it again! Never again. Dunkin is better and never messes up.
