This was my first time using Wendy's. I had heard that the beans on the side menu were delicious, and I was right.

The drive-thru was busy, so we went in. Nobody else online and nobody at the register, after waiting at the register for about 7-8 minutes, a lady finally came by on her way to take food to someone in the drive-thru and said someone will be with you in a moment, waited more than five minutes or so then we left. I understand the drive-thru was busy, but that was the only acclogicment that we were even there and I could see 5 people working. Just in case anyone wants to check we were there around 6 o'clock on Dec 27th. Ended up down the road at Taco bell. So probably won't be going to that one again.

Service is slow and the food is slop, the fries are undercooked and the buns on the burgers are soggy.

I brought my granddaughter who has Down Syndrome for lunch at this location. She has some special needs, the staff here was VERY accommodating, and helpful. Just wanted to give a shout out to some awesome employees!!!

I had went through the drive through, I got charged 30 bucks for a burger, nuggets, one fry, and a drink, turns out I got charged for an extra burger that I didn’t order, when I got home I also had found dirt and some sort of plastic in my nuggets and burger, the service he was very rude too because the guy in the window had thrusted my food into my hands like he was throwing it, 2/10

I took my grandson here for lunch and the cashier couldn't get my order right? And I was standing in front of him. And we was waiting for our food and the lady didn't say anything about the order or didn't know what the sandwiches was when they was wrapped the same way. The lobby could be cleaned up stuff all over the tables and the ketchup was out and the area was dirty. If you are waiting for your order they should let you know what you are waiting on not just stand there.

Was pleasantly surprised at how good their food is. Much better than McDonald's or even Burger King. Fries and nuggets are the best I have had in years, from a fast food establishment

Host Heather was friendly, helpful and patient. She took the time to make sure our orders were correct. Her happy attitude just made you feel comfortable and enjoy this restaurant.

We ordered on the app on Wednesday evening. We pulled into the parking lot at 8:30. Went to the door to go in and pick up our order, and all the doors were locked. So, off to the drive thru. We got bad attitudes just because we had to come through the drivethru. Then, after checking the bag, our chips for our taco salads weren't in the bag. We had to back up, and then the employee was indignant when I told her my order was not complete. We were treated poorly, and the customer service was just not there. I will not be coming back to this location. I want the franchise owner to know how his staff is treating customers and closing the lobby early. I am a manager in retail, and this was not the way to treat customers. So, if you want to order from the mobile app, I guess don't use it here at this location.
