My family loved this place and we keep trying but it has seriously declined over the years. Serious management issues. Understaffed, poorly trained, languid customer service. Food quality has gone down. I'm not mad. More legitimately disappointed. Hate spending money here anymore.

I stopped 15 minutes before closing and there wasn't a customer in sight. Asked the young woman in front if I could still get carry out. She said certainly and went back in the kitchen and helped the cooks prepare 2 meals. She came out at 9:05 and apologized that it was taking so long but they were out of biscuits and they were baking fresh ones. The food was good, chicken and noodles and a Cobb salad but the biscuits were excellent. Maybe it was because someone cared enough to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Thank you!

I was there today for Sunday breakfast with my grandchildren and not only did she bring me a cup of cold coffee but after I told her it was cold she brung me another cup of cold coffee. At that point I didn’t say anything. But when our food came out not only did it take an extent long time it was also not hot food. I will not be going back. Bob Evan’s had really gone down hill
