Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Joey loves his sandwiches. I am always looking up sandwiches and sub to try and find something other than my usual places. I have never seen this pop up until I was over at Blacklick Metro. So I had to try it, and I'm so glad I did. The crispy onions on the BBQ Chicken are perfect and their French Dip is really good. The service was great too. I got a salad and missed that it had walnuts (which I'm allergic to) and she remade me one no problem. Next time I will be trying there meatball

Cheap, generic, low quality.

I placed an order for delivery at Capriotti's for the first time a week ago after viewing the pictures on their website. After I got my delivery I thought back to the commercial from back in the 80's "Where the beef!" Cause after paying over $20 I was royally pissed that I had little to no meet in my sandwich. But plenty of coleslaw! I won't be patronizing this establishment again!!

Absolutely great experience. The cashier took order quickly and within 5 minutes my sandwich was in my hand! Very clean facility, lots of seating.

I feel like these sandwiches are pretty okay. But it’s not a great sandwich shop. The sandwiches are a bit of a let down. Especially for the prices.

Came to the restaurant to order after hearing how good the Wagyu Cheese Steak was from a co worker. Place was empty aside the one person working behind the counter. Several leaking spots from the A/C running in the ceiling. The entire floor felt as if they mopped it with their soda fountain selections super sticky. Place just was depressing to be in waiting on food to be made. My wife ordered a Turkey sub. Asked for no tomato and no onion. Lady rang it up correctly, but made it with both on it, turkey on the sub was so cold it was nearly frozen. Never mentioned it doesn't come heated by default either. First time trying it and my last for sure. Not worth the nearly $40 I spent. To make your sub a "combo" which adds a side and drink is an extra $6.99. $3.50 for a fountain drink and another $3.50 for a cup of fries is a bit much. The fries are great, but the price here sucks. Better to just go somewhere else.

Worst sandwich ever. It was just 3 pieces of frozen steak just drown on grill not shredded nothing. Bread not toasted. Person on grill keep touching his hair and face and not changing gloves. Won't waste my money again.

For a sandwich shop, it's very good.Made fresh per order. So, I'ts never been sitting around. Takes a while for your order. But it's worth the wait.

I was very, very disappointed. I had read so many great reviews about this place. I would not eat here again if you paid me to. My sandwich was very dry, tasted like cardboard and we placed four orders at the same time and two of them weren't ready for another 20 minutes.

A very simple request. No onion. Request wasn’t met. Returned an hour later to speak to Adam. He rips the sandwich out of the wrap and states there is just a little bit of onion. Those who can not stand onion understand where I’m coming from. He did nothing! Just stood there. I left the receipt on the counter and walked out.
