Cardo's Pizza & Tavern

Great place for pizza.

Been going here a long time over 4 years always have enjoyed atmosphere and foods been decent to take clients and family . Went in this evening to eat and have a beer was told couldn’t get beer without id because server has never seen me. Had been in night before and had several drinks without issue and many times before. Server said photo wont work but if she had seen me before she wouldn’t id me but was then told by someone who has seen me they cant serve me without id. Dosent make a lot of sense but oh well other spots in town to frequent .

Great food

I find the sauce bland.
The side salad is over priced (lettuce, cheese, tomatoes for over $4.)
The chicken parm meal was decent.
The chicken sandwich was great.
Salads came out last.

Food is and service are good. The kitchen is very fast.

I was hoping it would be like other Cardo's Pizzas but it wasn't. The crust is thin and hard and the sauce was flavorless. Might as well have been a frozen pizza.

We got a bucket of beer and they took all the caps off I didn't like that but everything else was good 👍

Decided to give Cardo’s a try after seeing a local sports team advertising their support. 🏈 And my son talking about how great their pizza is. Made the drive over and wish I would have a long time ago. Atmosphere was good, service was amazing, and food/drink were great! Our family can’t wait to go back.

Sat at the bar. Ordered your Friday special fish sandwich with fries included and it was absolutely the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time . I just have one small piece of constructive criticism. I guess I may be a little picky but the first thing I think about when I walk into a bar/restaurant is the atmosphere. Well the lights were cranked up way too bright so I asked the waitress if it was closing time kind of as a joke. She was very responsive and laughed along with me and then turned the lights down which made me and several other bar patrons sigh with relief. I still remember the old bar you used to have in there and even though old and slightly dilapidated had a warm atmosphere, which I prefer. Keep up the good work with your good food and great service.

First visit was great. Had to try again it was very good

Nice pizza & brew pub

Pizza was very good, perfect crunch for the crust and the sauce was not too sweet or to bland. Nice atmosphere with lots of tvs for sports. There was only 1 bar tender on a Sunday night so she was busy, but I had no issues with service.

Cool spot. Stopped in while my son attended a football game and place was at capacity but you g ladies at the door were nice I placed and order and food was really good. I had just about given up on finding food since our move to Columbus but this was on point. Crust was a little thin for us but the flavor was so on the wings cooked perfectly .. gotta have the sauce tho. I didn't taste salt pepper even on the plain wings but again cooked well I'd definitely return
