this location is horrible. When I first walk in the store is a mess. Nothing is clean. They ran out of majority of the sides They don’t accommodate you. They messed up my order so I had to come back to get my order Fixed andTheir attitudes are terrible.

Terrible service. When I went to get my food, I had to wait 20 minutes for it. I was about to tell them to give me my money back. The employees were playing with each other and didn't care about people waiting for food. There were DoorDashers waiting almost 15 minutes for their food, and they work on time. The employees came by every 5 minutes to ask the name of the order the DoorDashers were waiting for. The worst thing was seeing how dirty the place was, but I was very hungry and it was already late, so I didn't have many options. I don't recommend going to this terrible place.

I’ve only been to this location twice after living in pick for more than a year, both times were so bad, so messy, so stingy, employees treat u like ur a problem as soon as u walk in, I only go to the Diley one now. Shut the whole place down.

Ok today may 9 2025 @2pm Food was sooo soo delicious!!! It’s been a long long time I’ve had good chipotle at this location !! When I used to come the queso Always had pieces of other type food (steak,chicken) always that would gross me out so I stopped coming also the rice wasn’t good . But today I stopped by and everything was so fresh and so delicious the rice actually taste like lime rice the queso omg it tasted like queso for the first time it was melted and sooo good!!! The guacamole was cold and so fresh ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Whoever worked here this day may 9 2pm you guys are amazing everything was delicious and the place was clean they were also really friendly .seems like they got new employees ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 will be coming back after a long time finally

Fee weeks ago I walk in half hour after opening and they had no rice. Wait time was 20 mins. Today I go back most of my rice was uncooked and hard. And the lime juice they mix in wasn't mixed good at all. Couple bites I took were so bitter. If i wasnt under time restaints i would have taken it back but unfortunately i had appointments that did not allow me to do so. Will no longer go to the one in pickerington. Will drive little further down to Reynoldsburg.

Out of chicken AGAIN, having to wait almost 10 minutes for chicken. Small portion of white rice because they didn't have any more ready while other employees stand around waiting for chicken with a dirty floor. This store is poorly managed. Will be passing this one and going out of my wait to the Chipotle by 33.
Huge pieces of raw onions and peppers. Asked per app for extras and bowl small then if I didn’t ask.

Often OUT of most pop items. What's the prob when your restaurant is out of chicken or white rice? I go to another Chip a bit farther away where they know how to maintain product for customers. So sad.

Going and getting your bowl in store is never bad but pickup orders are straight disastrous. expect to pay about $3 per bite of food when picking up.

Ariyana the cashier girl was very rude does not know how to treat guest and when giving the change for the payment she just threw the money and I think she was the head of all the emloyes and was also rude with employe working in the store worst experience of chipotle can do better.
