The food quality was really spot on the only issue is that there were maybe only two people (out of at least 6) actually working and paying attention which made something that is supposed to be quick so slow.

I give up on this Chipotle. They can’t get an app order correct and the food is low quality. If I order chipotle again I’ll go to the one in Reynoldsburg.
Dry chicken, brisket. Can’t read to see we want the extra tortilla, extra anything.

2. They have some weird new general manager, named Logan, who completely lacks customer service skills. I went to order the same thing I order almost every week and he literally runs from cooking in the back to tell me that I will have to be charged extra for a tortilla and cheese. I said, no problem, they usually charge me $1.25, he says no it will be the price of an entire new meal. The level of petty that it takes to run from the back to tell me this was shocking. I am wondering why the cook is running up on me?!? I never even heard the cooks talk before, they are usually minding their business chopping up meat. I asked him why was he talking to me?? I asked since when did the price change, he lies and says it has always been that way. Completely poor customer service. I literally just got the same meal last week. The correct response would be to introduce himself, apologize for interrupting me and the server, and say, "Hi Ma'am, my name is Logan the GM and I understand the menu prices may have been confused in the past, I am happy to give you a tortilla and cheese for $1.25 today, but in the future it would be the cost of a full meal." That's what good customer service sounds like!
Not to mention how incredibly dirty the store is. Another customer pointed it out to me as I waited. The floors appear to have not been cleaned in months. Many dirty areas. Logan should focus more on the cleanliness of the store he works for, rather than running up on customers over prices.

The evening staff is a great group of young people. They work as a team, have great attitudes, smiles on their faces and aim to please the customer. A special shout out to Emmanuel for some awesome brisket!

Don't waste your money. Order online, you still have to wait 30 minutes past pick up time. The food is disgusting and they refuse to remake it. Contact support and they gave us a free drink. After we had to toss $30 in food. This company has become trash. Cant wait for it to die off.

The ONLY time I come to this location is to order it in person and I watch it being made. The sad part is that, even then, you might not be impressed. This location in particular will make you wait 10-20 minutes minimum if you place a pickup/delivery order. And after they make you wait, they forget an item, mess up an order, or give you an entirely unsatisfactory product that you regret over an over again. In my 3 years ordering here, I have ordered pickup/delivery twice. Both times I have been beside myself with the quality/accuracy of the order. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is the 50/50 gamble of ordering in person that I would be disappointed. I would try the Canal location on Diley, they have a better success rate from my experiences.

I ordered a $50 DoorDash from this Chipotle and they got my order wrong. Then, I’m told that they can’t even pull up my order as if it didn’t exist. They would not replace the order. Because I was upset at that point, he told me he would not service me. I can’t wait to speak to the superior manager of the child manager that worked on September 10th in the evening and tell him what a disgrace that was.

First time eating at Chipotle. Food was great. The service was fast and very nice.
Kid-friendliness: I'm assuming because I got it to go, that they are kid friendly. I seen several children there. Seemed as if there was a good time being had.
Wheelchair accessibility: That is code nowadays. Hard pressed to find a place that isn't.
