Worse chipotle I’ve ever experienced..in fact worse restaurant experience I’ve experienced. Sat at the drive through window and was ignored by everyone at the store. After 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored (I would have left but I paid online so I wanted my food) , I desperately waved down an employee once someone made eye contact with me. Handed my food that was ready which was cold at this point. If they were busy I get it, just let me know or at least say please hold on but the fact you completely ignore your paying customers when the food was already prepared sitting on the shelf is unacceptable. Oh contacted chipotle customer service and got 3 BOGO meals (should have comp this meal) but …thanks but will never spend my money at this location ever. I would advise anyone seeing this do not go to this place spend your money somewhere else.

The young ladies serving the food did a great job however, the restaurant never has enough food. You can guarantee they will always be out of something. I e been in management for over 18 years and I can tell you this restaurant needs some serious structure and oversight. I definitely recommend someone with management experience or corporate look into this specific location. I know I won’t ever be back and highly recommend if you must have chipotle go somewhere else.

Got take-out today. Food was great. Service was just ok. Staff definitely didn’t want to be at work today. The worst part was the bathroom. The toilet looked as if it hadn’t been attended to in days. Extremely disgusting! Had to clean it with papers towels and water myself, then layer TO on the seat before doing my business. CLEAN YOUR RESTROOMS!

Do not go to this chipotle you’re better off driving to canal or 256 first off they never have anything at all , they are stingy because they have no inventory apparently my girlfriend wanted white rice they gave her one scoop and she asked for more and the guy asked his co worker and the guy said I didn’t even know we were out of rice. Mind you the store is busy rn and you’re telling me you didn’t know you were out of white rice ? Anyways that’s besides the point , I asked for sour cream once again they have no inventory gave me a slither and I asked for more. He high key had an attitude. I’m not wasting my time or money here anymore

They don’t care about online order, they serve people in drive thru and people that walk in but when u come for an online order it’s like u come for free food with the amount of time that u have to wait . Do better!!!
The dirtiest and nastiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Dirt and food everywhere. Food was even everywhere on the floor. When I walked in around 9pm there were about 5-6 employees doing absolutely nothing. Employees were sitting down eating and on their phones and in the back on their phones and having personal conversations with other employees. No employees were actually working or even cleaning the mess. I was standing waiting to order for about 5 to 10 mins before an employee came up to the front to take my order. Horrible experience

It is almost 2:00 on a Saturday and they were out of multiple things without knowing if or when they would have more. My boyfriend burrito was the size of a potato all my tacos were stone cold even the foil around it was cold. The staff seemed unfazed that they were out of meats and topping at the peak of lunch. I will not be coming back here I will continue to go to the one further down. Thanks for a horrible experience!!
