Front was out of chicken so they took both of our bowls to the back. The result? 2 bowls have a total of about 8 small pieces of chicken between the two. We paid 40 dollars for 1 chips, 1 queso, 2 cokes, and 2 bowls of basically rice and lettuce.The queso had a chalky texture and was not editable. Chipotle isn't anywhere close the quality it used to be

She started at me like I was pissing her off when I waited for her to be done eating. Gave me attitude whole time after. Newsflash don’t eat while you’re serving people please. First the fajita peppers and onions that are to be grilled as the add says. This never happens! I get raw peppers and onions!!! Not what is said would happen! Next they introduced a grilled chicken that no hot spice added and they deleted it! They now serve on the steak, but not everyone eat steak!!!’ The servers just go through the movements and not listen to the customer!!!!!!Vegetarian options: Questionable the items are grilled on the same grill as meat!!!! That is not Vegetarian!!Dietary restrictions: People that can not eat spicy food should have an option!!!! Authentic Mexican food have options for no spice and you can still get fajita chicken!!!! This should be an option!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: The take out delivery service spots are closer to the door than handicap spots! This is clearly unacceptable!

The dirtiestThe meanestMessy and nasty place.I was in the area due to business meetings; I was on way to a friend and decided to stop by and get some food from my fav food chain, aka CHIPOTLE.The place is dirty (bathroom and station where they prepare food). They were not busy.I walked to the station and asked for salad “for here”. The woman (she later said she was the manager) looked tired and not friendly at all. She wouldn’t make eye contact and was not happy to serve, and just to be there, in general. As she finished throwing things (toppings) in my bowl, she started putting LEAD on my bowl. I did remind her it was “for here”. She didn’t care and continued putting that lead on my dish. I didn’t say anything but I kept looking at her as she was walking away. And then she said “you can take the lead yourself!”. I am sorry, WHAT..? The lady, who was the cashier, looked at me and said “she is just having a bad day”…something like that. Well, so am I, I said. I told she cashier I didn’t want the food, I didn’t want she salad she made for me, I didn’t want that hating energy in my food. I walked back and asked for someone else to prepare a different salad for me. The manager (the mean girl) starting yelling at me that she was the manager and she will NOT allow to go that food to waste. I walked out…after I was told they wouldn’t serve me. What?I mean are you kidding me?Do you guys hate white immigrants there or what? You didn’t like my accent? This was WRONG.And I will be filing complaint with other business entities. I will NOT allow anyone to treat me like this.

My experience at Chipotle left me with mixed feelings. While the flavors were overshadowed by an unexpected saltiness, the absence of sautéed veggies was a disappointment. Additionally, the store's peculiar layout added to the overall ambivalence. Despite these hiccups, the service was decent, but improvements in food quality and variety are suggested.

This has been my preferred Chipotle location since early 2020 after the pandemic started. I only ever visit between 3-6pm for dinner but never once had issue with quality or freshness of the food. They stay on top of keeping everything stocked with fresh meat/toppings & plenty of cutlery/napkins etc in dining room. Rarely have to wait in line longer than 5-10 mins to place my order & get right back out the door. Staff members change a lot over the months (typical for fast food places) but they’ve all been friendly & know me as a regular. They usually remember my order & can make most of it without me even telling them lol. They don’t let the dining room or countertops & floors get disgusting. Can say I’ve never had one bad experience here. I always go inside to order on the spot & take it to-go, so can only speak for that side of it though.

They ladled on the rice and used a teaspoon for the steak on our burrito and the sofritas in the bowl. I don't mind paying more, but $20 for items that are 90% rice is ridiculous! Eat somewhere else.
