Cold Stone Creamery

Cold Stone Creamery is the best ice cream place 😋! They're the only place that I can buy a dipped sprinkled waffle bowl 🙂! Their ice cream consistency is unmatched and their customer service is wonderful. Employees who regularly see me remember what I like to order. I visit twice a month after I pick up my prescriptions at my pharmacy.

Lots of CROSS CONTAMINATION , got vanilla ice cream Twix pieces and they put something peanut butter in it which I’m allergic to and sent me into an allergic reaction!!!

Tonight I received very poor service from the pickerington Ohio location. I order two love it sizes and got two love it sizes. I called them right away and they refused to refund or comp the next order unless I proved they were the wrong sizes. Given that I live about thirty minutes away I was unable to do this. The service industry has really gone down hill I think I will pick a new ice cream place to go for now on.

Cold Store Creamy has good products, but their timing is disappointing. I had to wait way too long for my order, and they don’t stick to the time they promise. Needs improvement in delivery speed.

Great pit stop for the drive back home

Too good to say the least — always fresh, tasty and great service. Easily the best ice cream around!

Usually the visit here is decent. I get the same ice cream each time and it’s always slightly different. This time the preparer seemed not to know any of the ingredients to the ice cream even though they are in the board. I gave a nice tip and was disappointed when I got home. Just spent $20 on something I did not order.

Came in today to get a couple of ice creams and started looking in the toppings case. It was full of fruit flies everywhere. I counted around 6-7, some laying directly on the food - particularly the white chocolate and chocolate chips.

For somewhere that charges such premium prices - this is beyond unacceptable. I left without ordering

Terrible service from a place that usually isn’t like this. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the wonderful Second Lady who helped me was very kind and remade my order. I would not be leaving this review at all if the blonde who made my shake without any mix ins didn’t lean in (when I came back in) and tell the other lady in a rude tone that I “should have asked” when corrected. Not only that but she initially ignored me instead of asking if I needed anything else and when I told her I needed something else she sighed dramatically and took my order only to get it wrong. I work in food service and hate leaving bad reviews but this was abhorrent behavior.

Look this was a no-brainer for me y'all to check out my view know I'm honest this can be if you like ice cream this is absolutely the best hands down freaking ice cream place ever in the whole world man people's awesome service is awesome the ice cream is out of this world how to get into chubby thinking about it no really ice creams great try it hands down.

Parking: It's a huge parking lot there's no way you can't get a parking spot.

Kid-friendliness: Dude kid friendliness hands down it's awesome they even sing to you when you give them a tip.

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and decided to try their Chocolate Silk Shake. The experience was delightful from start to finish. The shake had a rich, creamy texture with a perfect balance of chocolate flavor. It wasn't overly sweet, which made it enjoyable and refreshing. The consistency was just right, not too thick or too runny, making it easy to drink. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're a chocolate lover, the Chocolate Silk Shake is definitely worth a try at Cold Stone Creamery.

I really like the ice cream here, by far better than Dairy Queen.I’m dinging stars for customer service. Every time I go, I get the exact same thing. I have Asperger’s so I really like consistency and often order the same things at restaurants. But every time I go, the price is different, I order the same thing, same size. You have to actually watch them as they make your order bc they won’t put all the ingredients that you asked for but still charge you for them. You can tell they hate cutting up the cookie dough pieces bc you will get half the amount you’re supposed to get (putting the amount of a like it in the gotta have it size)I understand the employees are kids, but they’re so rude. Every time I go, they Have to finish their conversations before greeting you, hide in the back and talk. They didn’t clean the table before making my ice cream and it had peanut butter from the previous person in my order. Your employees are Absolutely ruining the atmosphere of your business.
