Terrible service from a place that usually isn’t like this. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the wonderful Second Lady who helped me was very kind and remade my order. I would not be leaving this review at all if the blonde who made my shake without any mix ins didn’t lean in (when I came back in) and tell the other lady in a rude tone that I “should have asked” when corrected. Not only that but she initially ignored me instead of asking if I needed anything else and when I told her I needed something else she sighed dramatically and took my order only to get it wrong. I work in food service and hate leaving bad reviews but this was abhorrent behavior.

Look this was a no-brainer for me y'all to check out my view know I'm honest this can be if you like ice cream this is absolutely the best hands down freaking ice cream place ever in the whole world man people's awesome service is awesome the ice cream is out of this world how to get into chubby thinking about it no really ice creams great try it hands down.

Parking: It's a huge parking lot there's no way you can't get a parking spot.

Kid-friendliness: Dude kid friendliness hands down it's awesome they even sing to you when you give them a tip.

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and decided to try their Chocolate Silk Shake. The experience was delightful from start to finish. The shake had a rich, creamy texture with a perfect balance of chocolate flavor. It wasn't overly sweet, which made it enjoyable and refreshing. The consistency was just right, not too thick or too runny, making it easy to drink. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're a chocolate lover, the Chocolate Silk Shake is definitely worth a try at Cold Stone Creamery.

I really like the ice cream here, by far better than Dairy Queen.I’m dinging stars for customer service. Every time I go, I get the exact same thing. I have Asperger’s so I really like consistency and often order the same things at restaurants. But every time I go, the price is different, I order the same thing, same size. You have to actually watch them as they make your order bc they won’t put all the ingredients that you asked for but still charge you for them. You can tell they hate cutting up the cookie dough pieces bc you will get half the amount you’re supposed to get (putting the amount of a like it in the gotta have it size)I understand the employees are kids, but they’re so rude. Every time I go, they Have to finish their conversations before greeting you, hide in the back and talk. They didn’t clean the table before making my ice cream and it had peanut butter from the previous person in my order. Your employees are Absolutely ruining the atmosphere of your business.

Came by on April 2nd 2024 and the store was closed early, online it says the store is closed at 9:30pm so I’m confused why the store was closed one hour early.

I used to go to Cold Stone as a kid all the time (before I had any discerning tastebuds lol). Over a decade later, I found myself revisiting this place a couple of times. Their "creations" are what give them the edge over pretty much every other ice cream spot around town. You get smooth creamy textures, an abundance of toppings/flavors, so many good-looking options that you'll be standing around indecisive on every visit, and no creativity of your own is needed. They definitely stole part of my heart away from Graeter's, and I'm very glad I decided to re-live childhood memories at Cold Stone. Top-notch ice cream chain!

Worst Customer service, on 1/6/24 went to pick up my Daughter order around 6:30pm. Went to the pick up window and gave young girl with Long Curly Hair My daughter name which is not a Common name. She got ice cream out the Small fridge then asked me for the pick up receipt. So what was the Purpose of Asking for the pick up name then Asking to see the Receipt Afterwards. Had to go on my phone and Show her the Receipt that my Daughter sent me. It was really a Weird moment Like either I'm a Thief or She's Racist, Which one is it. To top it off my daughter ice cream didn't have the cookie Dough Topping that was ordered.

They work hard and get the ice cream right. Writing a review more for Cold Stone itself, not a critique of the employees. But please stop making them sing when there's tips. It's cruel. To be singing for every customer. There were 3 in a row for tips. Come on now. Just let them work. No one wants to sing all day while scooping ice cream.
