Literally the best brewery in the Central Ohio area. Amazing diversity of always FRESH beer. The people are amazing, the atmosphere is family friendly, and everyone is welcome. Always great rotating food trucks as well!
Normally one of our favorite places, we stopped for a beer and were rather disappointed. They were completely out of IPAs and we were told that our favorite beer, Lady Peskos wouldn't be available until the end of the month. We settled for an October fest which was just ok. I truly hope that Combustion isn't losing their zeal for making great beer. We'll try them again soon.
Just found my new favorite place to get a beer! Can't believe it took me over two months to get here (it's only a mile from my house). The place is cool, the people are cooler and the beer is absolutely great. Asked if they gave tours and within 2 minutes the owner Keith introduced himself and spent 30 minutes showing me around and talking about his vision for this place.
