My fiancé ordered one medium pizza and a 2-liter Coke for delivery. When we were looking at the app at first, it said it would take about 20 minutes to be delivered. The app said it was “out for delivery” so we expected our pizza in the timeframe they had given us. After a couple minutes, a few more minutes were added to the 20 minute delivery time. That was fine as we understand that circumstances can cause a delay. We kept checking and by the time our pizza was delivered, it was almost an hour later than they had said originally. It went from 20 minutes to 55 minutes all while the app said “out for delivery.” Our pizza was not only almost an hour late, but then the delivery driver didn’t even knock to deliver the pizza and left it on the porch in front of our door. If we hadn’t checked the app, we wouldn’t have known it was delivered. The pizza was cold.

I am really disappointed and will not be ordering from this location anymore. Twice in a row I’ve waited almost two hours for my delivery, which would be fine if that was communicated while ordering. Also, both times, I received lukewarm, soggy pizza and sides, it was clear the food had been in the car for a long time. There’s way too many better options for pizza in Pickerington to confine to waste money here.

Literally worst Dominos ever! Gave me the pepperoni pizza when i did not even ordered for it and chicken Alfredo portion size was smaller than what we get at the regular stores.

If you're looking for a good pizza with generous toppings, skip this place. My experience was extremely poor, and if I could rate it a zero, I would. Even during a slow period, the quality was unacceptable.
The pizza was dry, had barely any sauce, and the toppings were scarce. To make matters worse, it wasn't even cut all the way through, forcing me to finish slicing it at home.
I cannot recommend this establishment. Save your money and try one of the many great, quality pizza spots right here in Pickerington that offer good food and customer service. I highly suggest checking out Grapevine Pizza and Cafe, Cardo's Pizza and Tavern, or Beyond Dough Pizza.

I will say this….dominos tracking app screws the drivers.. they show they are like 3-5 minutes out and it’s not the case, they have multiple deliveries. Get it together corporate cause you guys are screwing over the actual workers

Order fairly late on a Saturday night and my order was canceled. I thought perhaps they have no driver for my delivery and I decided to call in and ask about me picking it up and I got no answer. It is now after 1AM and I have been on hold on their phone line for over 15 mins (they are not going to answer at this point) I have not had this pizza in a lot time and figured I would give it a try. Now seeing how they do no honor their hours I will not be eating here ever again.
Everything is always pleasant, even if mistakes are made. We appreciate your service.

They keep saying that the order is done on the app so that it looks like they’re fast but then you have it for curbside so you sit in your car for 10 minutes because it’s not ready even though you placed the order for one pizza 30 minutes ago

Order#2239 This is the 2nd time I was quoted 36 min online ONLY to find out 45min later when I call the store that delivery time is 2.5 hours and they don't care what the online time says. The girl had a very bad attitude & didn't care that I was upset. She hung up on me when I asked her name, but she worked 10/31/24 @ 20:45. PSA: DONT EXPECT YOUR PIZZA ON TIME AT DOMINOS PICKERINGTON.
