They keep saying that the order is done on the app so that it looks like they’re fast but then you have it for curbside so you sit in your car for 10 minutes because it’s not ready even though you placed the order for one pizza 30 minutes ago

Order#2239 This is the 2nd time I was quoted 36 min online ONLY to find out 45min later when I call the store that delivery time is 2.5 hours and they don't care what the online time says. The girl had a very bad attitude & didn't care that I was upset. She hung up on me when I asked her name, but she worked 10/31/24 @ 20:45. PSA: DONT EXPECT YOUR PIZZA ON TIME AT DOMINOS PICKERINGTON.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes after the app notified me that my pizza was ready. When I asked about it, the staff member yelled at me and tossed the pizza at me without any regard. The other lady walked out from the back and told me not to comeback to that store again. And the quality of the pizza was terrible as well. So, I deleted the Domino's app and told myself not to order from them again.

I was trying to order online but tje system crashed. I went inside and every time I tried to pay the system went offline. I got a free pizza and apologies. The manager was professional and courteous. Excellent Pizza also.
Revised... I went in to pick up my carry out and watched a one young man refused to answer the phone. There was a guy pulling stiff from the oven and a girls working to make orders. The veils had to yell at the boy to pick up the phone which rang more times than I can remember. When he picked up the phone he talked for a couple seconds then sat the phone down on the counter he was trying to talk to the girl making orders but she just walked away from him. I would not have gone to Domino's if it wasn't for the fact that it was somebody else's order I was picking up for them. Because my last trip there they told me when I ordered it would be 35 to 45 minutes when I got there at the 50 minute mark they told me it would still be another 30 minutes I asked them what happened and they said nothing and I told them to go ahead and cancel the order and I would get my food somewhere else. This Domino's has gone to heck and a handbasket it's a shame.
After giving them another try they still show me how bad they are. I like the food but the service is terrible and they can't get my order right. When I called to tell them the girl who answered the phone lied to me saying she was the boss. They wanted me to head back to the store to fix the issue. All I asked was that if they send someone out in my area, a place they deliver to all the time, just to bring me what I ordered. They won't do that without charging me a delivery fee. I asked to speak to someone else and another girl got on the phone and said she was the manager. Someone was lying. She said I made the other girl cry and she hung up on me. I didn't say anything personal and I wasn't yelling. This place just socks and the store is staffed by incompetent little liars. I will be talking to corporate on Monday. This time I'm going after their jobs. Incompetence is one thing lying and being rude is a other. When will Google do the right thing and allow a zero for a review?

Wife and I get delivery only from this location. The staff here never miss. Seriously for the last year it’s been great service every time and we order frequently so there’s never a “bad time” to order, you know? The food is cooked perfect every time and the drivers always deliver it while it’s still steaming. Give these peeps a raise! You guys are killing it. Thank you ?

My experience was terrible starting when I came in the restaurant. It was no Hello, Welcome in or nothing. I ordered a pan pizza that pizza was the worst. Dry no sauce, cheese hardly I won't order it anymore.

Poor poor management and horrible service!!! Put order online over an hour and half before wife had to wait in lobby for 20 min for it to be made and they forgot some items. Would NOT recommend this location and the district manager was unprofessional and in apologetic for making my wife wait for the order to be made or the missing items
