During a recent visit to the store, I experienced an unprofessional and humiliating interaction with the General Manager, Ethan. While talking to another employee about needing my door dash bag, Ethan abruptly waived his hand in my face to get my attention. When I calmly expressed that his gesture was rude, he responded by saying I was ignoring him, but at no point did I know he was talking to me so I advised that this is not the proper way to address someone. He was also already speaking with someone else at the moment, so not sure why he felt the need to chime in. He threatened to block me from picking up future orders from the location(this is all happening in front of everyone in the lobby). I also overheard him instructing an employee to “get me out of his store.” At no point was I rude, aggressive, or confrontational-I also never even refused to go get my bag either, so I am unsure of where the animosity came from. The encounter was unexpected, disrespectful, and left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome when Ive came to this location for years. I would really appreciate it if someone would contact me.

Spent $41 on 2 pizzas today 9/13. It had burnt crust and enough sauce for 4 pizzas. This is the worst pizza ever purchased from Donatos. Also the recording to order is a joke. She doesn't take time to listen. Pizza had to be trashed. Need a refund and probably won't be back at this location.

I JUST ordered Hot honey pepperoni and they put everything on it BUT the honey! Thats what sets it off...smh and if they did put any on it, its a dot of a dab. Didn't see honey on either slice or even the residue that's usually in the box. I usually order this near my work location and you can visibly see and taste the honey. There was no honey on this (sad face)

So disappointed in how the food quality has gotten so poor. Use to be one of the best. Not expensive low grade food. The pizza crust tastes like it was pre-made out of the store. The subs are smaller with less amount of makings. Use sausage from pizza makings instead of a patty for sub. I can get a better sub at subway. Chicken bacon ranch had little pieces of chicken instead of a piece of chicken and tons of ranch to cover sandwich. Shame in you for being low grade. Don't deserve the name of Donatis

The food is good. The staff is fine. The specific issue is that online ordering is a mess. - Once in your online cart, an order cannot be edited or removed. To get rid of an item, you have to log out and start over. The prices are often wrong, costing significantly more AFTER you check out. I am not the only customer with this issue and have vontacted Donatos without a resolution.

Small eat-in area, but serves its purpose. Mariachi Beef pizza - YUM. Busy Friday night, but we waited less than 10 minutes for pizza.

Order food. Waited the time given plus 15 minutes. I called in to see what was going on and they had not even started my order. Why would you not call the customer and tell them your backed up or there will be a delay. They just said they were busy. That's just silly and bad customer service. I would have been willing to wait a bit more had you simply called and explained
